My stay was absolutely amazing, and Alyssa went above and beyond to make it perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality made all the difference. She truly made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my visit. Alyssa is the best, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Very nice and clean! The staff is super nice and always so helpful. The TV is a little dated and looks like someone has taken and put a magnet on the the screen causing spots and would be great if they were mounted so you can lay in bed and watch would be awesome! But is a great quiet place to stay
My stay here was absolutely AMAZING! I recommend coming here to stay. Alyssa was the best. She was so helpful and nice when I came to check in. She made sure I had everything I needed. She made sure my stay was absolutely amazing to the point were I fell in love.
Great welcome...inviting and comfortable. Ms Keisha and Alyssa are the best, it's good to know that customer service with a smile still exist! It's time for a luggage cart Woodsprings but I truly thank you all for such clean, friendly and safe environment.
Alyssa was very helpful and the staff here is very efficient and wonderful. They were able to let us check in early and checked to make sure room was up to par. Location is close to lots of dinner and we would definitely be staying again. 10 out of 10.
This hotel should be shut down and rebuilt. I stayed here over the past weekend and was very disappointed. Money was non refundable so I had to stick it out til it was time for me to go. When entering the room it had a funny smell to it, the floor was sticky, the tv had white dots going across as if it was going to give out at any time, refrigerator was dirty on the outside and the freezer rubber around the door was hanging off, bathroom mirror had black spots in the middle that wouldn't come off, the elevator up button is ripped out and you can see the wires inside, and the elevator smelled like dogs and cigarettes. Me and my group that stayed checked sheets and pillow cases which were not proper clean. Me and my group that stayed had to go out to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding, and glade plug ins. We had to make sure all bags were up high not near the floor due to roaches. Nobody should ever have to pay to experience this on vacation. I couldn't wait for my vacation to be over with. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have severe anxiety and staying here made it so much worst. Never seen a housekeeper throughout the days or anything. Smh never again. I wish I would have taking more pictures of the room.
If I Could Give The Hotel 0 Stars I Would. This Hotel ( More Like A Motel) Is A ROACH Infested Environment. The Smell Is Horrible & It’s Not Clean At All. I Had To Go To Walmart And Spend Over $100 For New Bedsheets, Towels, Wash Clothes, Plug-Ins, Lysol, & Etc. The Only Time This Place Smelled Decent Is When You’re Checking In. Their Policy Is Non-Refundable So If The Receptionist Asks Do You Want To See The Room First (Which They Will) You’re Most Likely Going To Want To (That Was My Mistake). Overall Please Pick Another Option.
I have to say that my stay at this location has been the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I would especially like to give a special, thanks to the front desk, clerk Shyanne for all of her help and hospitality no matter whether it was towels, trash bags, she was very respectful and willing to help no matter what her customer service is above and beyond
