The night male manager, didn’t catch his name. Was awesome. He made it clear that it was a family hotel and if there were any issues it would be taken care of.

during our stay at WoodSpring Suites, we found the room to be overall clean and well-suited to our needs for a comfortable place to sleep. While there was a faint odor of food, it wasn’t overwhelming and didn’t detract from our experience. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was tidy. The kitchenette was a convenient addition, allowing us to prepare simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, WoodSpring Suites provided a satisfactory and budget-friendly accommodation option for our trip.
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before checking in I was tired and on the road and they were closest on the map and just so happened to have vacancy for tonight. Convenient for them to have a no refund policy. Checked into room and it was gross, dirty, and the smell was so bad, really really bad smell made me sick and was only in there for 5min tops. Called front desk they said nothing they could do for me. Lots of animals in hotel, lots of people in parking lots, people smoking cigarettes text next to door. I ignored the warning signs because I was tired and learned my lesson. Im back on the road and viewing the $124 they just stole from me as a loss. Thumbs down, zero stars, worst hotel I've ever been to kyoj my life , how are they still in operation ,sleep in your car don't sleep here.
The staff was helpful, and did as much as they reasonably good. The problem for me was that I was giving misinformation about the check-in time and told that it would cost me $40 to check in early when they already approved my early check-in. Secondly, despite having ethernet ports in the room, ethernet did not work and the Wi-Fi was not very good either. The Wi-Fi had a weak signal. When I asked to get help regarding the internet and wi-fi, and they told me someone would come to my room no one ever did. The room above me for the week and a half I was there frequently had kids running around constantly making noise, footsteps above me even late at night. Again I told the stuff up front three different times asking them to ask the tenant to have whoever is running around up there stop, and they did, but it never did stop completely. I'm not sure why they did not just put them in a first floor room, which would have solved the problem. Or put me in an upper level room. Either way, I put up with kids running around above me constantly hearing a bang bang bang bang bang bang even when I was trying to sleep.
Great room, great price, excellent location. This was a late reservation and arrival, and Chaz took great care of us getting checked in.
The room was modern and very clean, with full-sized refrigerator and everything we needed to keep some food and prepare it.
We will definitely stay here again when coming through the area.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE! Dirty, you have to pay for towels, cigarette burn marks in room. Dirty dishes were in room. There are no bed comforters, just sheets. One small bar of soap given for handwashing/showering. Did not find any issues until entering room. Room was dirty, curtains were broken. Call down immediately to complain and front desk was unaccommodating. Wanted to move out early, I was met with a dry response of I can but will not be refunded for the remainder of my stay that was booked. So, I can leave but will be charged the TWO WEEKS that I will not be there? RIDICULOUS! Save your money unless you are desperate.

All I can say is wow. This place was beyond my expectations. We called same day for a room we had a car emergency and weren't even sure if we could be out by check out time. The night time security guard you have there is so wonderfully amazing. He got us in to a room and assured us that we could do a late check out and would let management know that we were having car problems and didn't know how long it would take. They even took our dog which was amazing. The rooms were exceptional they came with a whole kitchen (cook top,microwave,full size fridge and a dishwasher) the rooms were super clean the bathroom was super clean the beds were clean and really comfortable too. Even the pillows were comfortable. And for everything you got in that room the wonderful hospitality you can't beat the price you'll pay. I even really enjoyed that fact that beyond the front lobby you have to access everything with your room key, that made us feel so safe. Again shout out to the night time security guard he was amazing and so nice and helpful. I think I will search out where these hotels are located to make sure I stay there if I go on vacation.
