Buyer beware: stay far away from this hotel. Disappointed is an understatement. For almost $200 for a night, we expected more. When we got to our room, the walls were damaged and dirty. The refrigerator has dents in the door. No kitchen equipment is provided. We intended to use the pull out couch for our daughter to sleep on, but when I pulled the mattress out, it was visibly dirty with lots of stains on it. The bathroom was probably the only acceptably clean space in the room. The deadbolt on the door to our room was broken making us feel unsafe to the point of almost leaving. The bathroom door also didn’t latch.
We will not be back.
Service was fast and people were very friendly. Lobby and room were both clean and inviting. Lucy was the best she was so friendly and patient would come back just for her she is amazing. Jamie was also equally as friendly and helpful. Overall staff was very impressive we will be back
I been to many hotels and often times find something wrong or the staff is rude. This location was the total opposite! Staff, absolutely amazing! Shout out to the Jaime and Lucy for cleaning my room daily and tacked down all my requests. They not only provided phenomenal housekeeping service but provided outstanding customer service! I can’t wait to return.
Yeah, this place sucks. My AC unit sounds like the DIA airport runway, the TV wasn't even configured correctly, the shower had no hot water even though it was 8pm.
The Cleaning lady will walk directly into your room daily just to see if it's occupied then would leave
AND especially the hotel Manager tweaking out on meth and talking shit to guests.
I definitely would avoid this place like it's your ex, there's definitely better hotels around the DTC area ????????
Very Poor experience. I checked in only to find out that my room had hair all over the bed and in the shower. Dirty headboard and ceiling. The floors weren’t fully swept. My tv wasn’t functioning properly. Rooms are cleaned once biweekly.. The hallways smelled of urine. I had called the front desk 4 separate times and had even walked up to address the issues with my room and still nothing was resolved. It’s like there was no sense of urgency to handle the issues with the room. I was told they would fix the issues immediately, but that was not the case at all. They had even offered to change my room… that never happened. I honestly would not recommend staying here.
The manager Kathy, was horrible, whenever we had an issue she would literally argue with us in front of other guest. We were over charged on 2 occasions and she would not look into it even though we were able to show proof of the transactions. The rest of the staff was amazing, but because of her I will never stay there again and I won’t recommend it it anyone else.
Very nice property. Clean, easy to navigate. One of the outside doors sticks, so that's inconvenient. They don't allow deliveries to the room.
EDIT: my bf has been staying at this hotel for 3 weeks now and his room has not been cleaned once, even though it's been inquired about. They put him off and don't know when it can be done. He's been sleeping on the same sheet for 3 weeks. Trash is overflowing outside. They also raised his room rent with no warning and he's week to week.
I wouldn't deal with this place unless your employer pays for it.
The first couple weeks i was there was acceptable, then a new guest on a temporary job assignment moved in above me, and made a point of stomping around his room each morning, starting exactly at 4:30am. Back and forth; back and forth, until literally 6am.
It takes a lot to wake me up - but it happened each morning until i got fed up and left. I complained about this immediately and the staff made it clear that people like me (paying out of pocket, rather than en masse by some construction corporation) are not the priority customer.
No one has a medical condition that forces them to stomp around when they walk, particularly at 4:30 in the morning.
Cheap building construction, good old chronic American obesity and apathetic staff. For $2,000 / month, i expect a good night's sleep. I'd have been better off in a Motel 6 full of meth-heads right off the interstate.
