I booked my Mom and her friend into this place. The room is ok got a nice size. We were aware that there is no room service like other places. But the room was from the beginning dirty ! We complained on a daily base and got the answer on a daily base that they gonna take care of it. But no one really cared ! After almost 1 1/2 week they asked the cleaning lady to take care of it she finally did.
They had hairs and dirt from the previous guest in the bathroom and throughout the room. The floor was also floating , the laminate was not correct installed. But that was the smaller issue.
I will definitely not book anyone into wood springs ! Parking was horrible nobody follow the rules.
First and foremost I would like to say that I've been staying for 3 months now and my stay have been great. The staffs are awesome, understanding and professional. Everyone get along with each other. I honestly have no complaints at all, my room is great, the price is reasonable and I like the set up how it's like an apartment complex. The people who actually lives here long term respects each other for the most part. Management is on point when it comes to handling your issues and complaints. Thanks to Tina for always helping me out and being patient! For an extended stay hotel this one is top notch; there's a gym along with vending machines for the guests and sitting areas in the back that set up like a balcony for everyone to smoke and hangs out
We booked the room when we evacuated due to a hurricane and had no idea what we would get but it was something away from the storm. We were unaware that this is an "extended stay" hotel so there are people that live there for long periods of time. In the three days we were there I got to know some of the "locals", desk staff was super nice and friendly. Rooms were basic but served the purpose we needed. Not The Hilton if that's what you are looking for.... but they were clean, curtious and over all I would stay again.
Staff went above and beyond throughout the time my family stayed here, especially Anoce. That young lady is such a delight. I will not be surprised if she is promoted. She’s a delight to see and that smile will encourage if you are ever down. Please, please, please keep her at this location????
Not a pleasant stay at all! The staff was nice but that’s the only good thing. I stayed on the first floor. Along with the stench of weed and cheap appliances, people made a ton of noise inside. The room above me kept me up all night stomping around, moving furniture, banging on the ground, bed banging against the wall due to physical intercourse im guessing. typical upstairs neighbors. It was so bad I had to keep my headphones in all night. Got about an hour of sleep. I asked to move rooms in the morning but they didn’t have any available so I got my refund and left. I will never return
Positive: "" Negative: The hotel has a cockroach infestation. They need to clean their rooms. When guests arrive at night and there is no one at the front desk at night to assist. The blankets looked unwashed with hair all over, and no toilet paper in room.
Roaches, bloody sheets, broken elevator, and the spicy little front desk manager make this a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
The hotel manager can be disrespectful, after I reserve to stay for 2 nights, I left the morning early before 11 am because of work, I left the because it was my last day, the manager went away with my knowledge and charged my card for another night, I spoke to him about.
2 weeks after I wanted to stay there , the front dear receptionist is saying that I was band.. Some of the workers are nice.
