Nice extended stay hotel. It's quite, clean, and the rooms are big with plenty of room. We have been staying here for a month after being displaced from hurricane Helene and have enjoyed our stay. The young lady named Alex from the front desk has went beyond her job to ensure our stay has been successful. If in the area, feel confident booking a room here.
Should not be listed as a hotel. More like a hostel. No towels, had to ask for a blanket. Room was 60° when I arrived. Doesn't look like it was deep cleaned in forever. Walls neglected. Crud on them. Microwave was destroyed and left up. Not good! Never again. People live here, not hotel stay.
Rooms were okay. The staff was great. No towels or rags were provided in the room. Sketchy people living there. The assistant manager and the day shift front desk were phenomenal. So nice
Absolutely horrible. Like walking into a horrible half way house. Drawers broken, futon like bed. Pictures are not what it is. We had to leave bc of horrible weed smell. They would not refund, please do not stay if your here for any event.
Smoking always at the exit/entrance doors. Partying outside in the parking lot with drugs/drinking. Found beer cans in the back of my son’s truck. Always smells like pot. The place was always busy and loud while sleeping at night. Heard people fussing outside our window.
We stayed for a little over a week! The staff was great and our room was clean. It was very quiet!
I wrote a 5 star cause whoever I talked to today the lady was so sweet and caring I was distraught over my family's mobile home burning up and my family is now homeless because they won't move with me to north carolina cause my mother's fiance doesn't wanna lose his job in sc so redcross gave them a voucher for 3 days for a hotel I gave them directions to the nearest woodsprings which is yalls property I work at woodsprings in Fort mill sc dedicated to my work nothing but good things I can say for almost two years now but on the subject I was speaking of 5 stars to this lady she's new she said and are listened to every word and tried her best to help us really sweet angel she is thank u forgive me I forgot your name but thank u I know woodsprings is proud to have such a generous, patient ,kind person as u ❤️ a picture of my family's tragic loss today please everyone pray for them sorry for long post and this gm mackie thank u so much amazing person u are highly recommended
I had no complaint nor any bad experience with staff or other tenants. The room was clean and cozy with a warm vibe. A very soft and cozy bed, I had a wonderful sleep (best from all others hotel I stayed at). Coffee was not a problem as Starbucks is just few block away. When it came to dinner time the front desk attendant was very helpful giving me suggestion of nice restaurant's around the area and free breakfast near by hotel (walking distance).|I will book mark this place on my next business visit.|Very happy with my stay.
