Best WLM Reviews
Conveniently located. Nice room, mostly clean, some hair in the sink and on the cabinet. Shower curtain was too short in walk in shower, left entire bathroom soaked after even a quick shower. No shampoo or conditioner available in the room so bring your own.
Only 2 pillows available on queen bed, I use 2 pillows myself, would be nice to have more pillows available on the bed.
Hotel was very loud most of the evening, lots of banging coming from all around.
There was a 15 minute wait for some one to get to the desk to check me in, check in staff was super friendly when they made it back to the desk however.
The service was good. The person helped us a lot, so thank you for that. He was a really nice person. I give 3 stars ???? because the room seemed to have been cleaned very quickly, and there was a lot of hair in one of the bed sheets and in the bathtub, there was hair too from previous guests. I guess they just didn't clean it properly. Other than that, everything was good.
They charge your card on check in for every night of your reservation, regardless of how many night you stay. If you have to check out a day or two early they will not provide any sort of refund. They provide room service ONCE every 2 weeks, and if before two weeks is up if you need something refreshed they will charge you for fresh clean towels, fresh clean bedding (that you have to get yourself and put on) and extra toiletries - including rolls of toilet paper. Absolutely not a hotel worth trying.
The room was absolutely horrible. The pillows on the bed were both flat, and when we asked the front desk for 2 more pillows, the front desk said they had no extra pillows.
I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and I the light in the bathroom did not work. The bathroom is huge, and I had to feel my way around to find the toilet. I found out why the light didn't work in the morning. In order to be able to turn on the light, you have to insert your room card into a slot by the light switch.
There is no closet in this room, so I was unable to hang the clothes I needed to hang up. I travel a fair amount and I have to say this was the worst experience with a hotel stay yet! Beware
I see a lot of complaints about this hotel. I’m actually a very picky person. I do travel quite a bit, but here is my honest opinion. I got this hotel at a very low affordable rate. I checked in about 4 hours past check in time. The front desk lady was so sweet, fast, friendly and professional. She even wrote down a couple of good restaurant recommendations! The hotel itself feels pretty secure considering you have to use your room key to enter the building and again to enter the actual hotel where all the rooms are at. The room itself is very clean, modern and equipped. It has a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and kitchen towel. The bathroom is spacious, clean and has a very nice hotel soap. They have hardwood floors which I find rare, a decent sized desk with a not so comfortable chair. Now the bed is very firm. Definitely not the most comfortable mattress but I like them soft. The sheets were clean but comforter was paper thin. I always bring my own blanket and sheet just in case though. The bed looked a bit off and uninviting to me considering it’s a very tall metal frame. This is definitely not for families as there is no breakfast, pools or lounge areas. Location is boring for how close it is to the airport and nowhere to really walk to. I worked in my room a few days and ended up using Uber eats instead. My only suggestions for this place is to continue to prioritize cleaning, add a bit more decor as the room looks like a hospital room, opt for slightly lower beds and better bedding, and have services on the weekends since your guests still have needs. Other than that, pretty solid. I’ll consider staying again for business but not for family vacations. Also, the chair for the desk was worn but nothing terrible.
My only true true complaint is the fact that I had extremely loud neighbors a few nights before the end of my stay. I could hear them in their room shouting and weee loud in the hallways and also slamming doors. Every time I heard them it was usually about 11:00 pm to 2 am. I COUKD NOT SLEEP. Either the walls are extremely thin or I just had some loud, inconsiderate and rude neighbors. Or both. Either way, that’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay again. Couldn’t sleep.
Look, I'm a picky lady and this hotel is actually not bad. It smells really pleasant all throughout. The lady running the front desk was very accommodating despite me being upset and confused about a 3rd party reservation. Overall, it's really great for the price and my room is clean. I'm a happy camper.
Check in was at 3:00, we arrived at 5:30 and were told the room wasn't ready. They were able to get us into a different room, but it was 2 full beds instead of 1 queen. I would understand if we showed up right at 3, but I don't understand how it wasn't ready 2.5 hours after check in. Floors and walls were thin, we could hear our neighbors upstairs very early. Luckily we brought a white noise machine.
Cigarette dust on top of the bed, shower did not have a pan so the water was flooding all over the bathroom floor, room's power would only operate by inserting room key, and elevator and hallways REEKED cat urine. Hotel lobby front desk was locked up by 10 p.m. Overall disgusting establishment and will not be back.
