Great! Wonderful people to work with. The hotel has been very kind we've really enjoyed everything. They take very good care of you here you'll really enjoy The rooms are nice they have they have the ability to cook in each one of them. Some of them even have dishwashers on the bottom floor. They have a laundromat that's really nice and clean and it's a great place if you're really needing to stop off for a while
This hotel could be a lot better if a few things were to change. For starters, they skimp on so many things. The wifi only allows two devices to be connected, per stay, unless you purchase a plan. They almost run out of toilet paper daily. The rolls that they give are super thin and super small. It's like the hotel owners are trying to keep the place "barely" operating. They claim to clean your room once a week if you're staying for that long, but in our first week, no one came to clean, and when we asked they said that they would select a day. Once again, no one ever came. In order for your trash to go out, you have to take it to the dumpster yourself. The rooms are okay, and the location is okay. The service could be better, but that means the workers would have to have attitude adjustments.
That's all for now. I'll edit the post once my stay is complete.
Edit: An extended stay hotel ran out of toilet paper and is telling customers that it will be in by Friday. What kind of business is this? I had to go out and get toilet paper for me and my family. Of course, they're not going to reimburse me for it. I was told to contact them directly to discuss my stay, but the only contact info is to the front desk. They can't help me at that desk. Most of them seem like they don't even want to be there. Oh, and still no one has come to clean the room, and it's been more than a week.
I'll do this again in five more days after I check out.
The overall feel of the property is very inviting. The property is clean, quiet and the workers are always smiling and quite happy to have you. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The new manager has really brought out the beauty of the landscape. This is a animal friendly property that is very clean.
I have never had the worst experience in all the times staying there then I did last night. 1st of all getting woken up by the fire alarm going off at 4:30 am wasn't cool to waking up to my food in the refridgerator warm and gross because it did not work the light did. I overlooked the lamp not having a bulb to the pink water residue that does come clean when you clean it. But I think the worst of it all was wanting to stay another night but after bringing up my Experience to the stand and all. I got out of it. They shouldn't move you to a different room. Well, when a light in the refrigerator is on and I'm thinking frigerators. Working and don't notice anything till the next morning. It would be kind of hard never did. I get any type of conspiracy or offer. Anything nothing at all, In fact It cost me more money The money I spent on the food that Got ruined In the refrigerator
I had booked a full week here but after one night on a Way Too Soft mattress the pain sent me down to the front desk to ask if other rooms had different mattresses. No, I was told. So I checked out, with the understanding that I would pay a higher one night rate but get back most of the $853 I had paid for a week. They called me the following day and reconfirmed this. And then ... nothing. I called Choice Hotels and was told they would look into it. They didn't. Crickets. I filled out a form yesterday at the Choice website and was told "we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund as per our policies." I'll never stay at a Choice hotel again.
If you have a family don’t go here. A complaint was made about my child because he was simply walking in the hotel room. Just walking not running not stomping just simply walking to get his juice. And the complaint was made within the first 15 mins of us being in our room. The whole hotel smells of super strong high chemical disinfect to try and mask the odor of animal urine and strong human odor (which all the stains in the hallways can confirm that). The hotel is more like a half way house with very sketchy hotel guests all through out the building. The hotel room was not clean and once again a high chemical smell to the point it was burning my eyes. The hotel staff were rude and did not care about our complaints. We checked in at 8pm and left at 9:00 pm the same day, and we were suppose to have a two night stay. And they refused to refund our money for the second night. And this hotel was no where near the price we paid for it. The outside grounds had trash and needles scatted through out the property. Beware this is not a safe place and not worth the money being asked for these rooms. There are much nicer more affordable hotels just a couple miles away.
Rooms are pretty good. Spacious and clean. Some oddities, bathroom door has no knob. No tissues and no hand towels. Looks kinda bad from the outside and really needs a good clean up. Carpets, elevators etc. It worked for a night. Good price. ????
As an extended stay with a kitchen if they put you on an upper floor you do not get free cookware or dishes they suggest you bring from home.. how many people travel with cookware? Also they collect a 100.00 deposit that they wont give back, Ice been trying for months to get it back and they dont get back to me. I had a better experience at the Motel 6
