I am giving it a 3 just to be viewed and tell you that you should read the 1 star reviews and believe them. This place is horrible. Smelly hallway and room, dirty walls, security doors that don’t lock in stair wells, broken outlet wall plates, dirty ceiling, dirty headboards, burns on comforters, and scuffed up toilet seat.
I do want to say the staff is pleasant and friendly. And the AC did work along with the refrigerator. No cooking equipment was available, not that I would have used it anyway.
Skip this place and check out the suites by the airport off of I-95.
You know everyone has their own personal preference Of how they want things and that’s no problem but me personally my experience at the WoodSpring suites hotel in Garden City was fantastic. Had no insect problems. My floor was not sticky. My room was clean, cool AC running right .towels clean bed comfortable. I had no problem at all. I would definitely visit this place again. they even offered to show me a room before purchasing. That’s the kind of business I like. thanks management and friendly staff at Woodsprings in Garden City
We stay in a lot of hotels for work and I understand that sometimes it is a hit or miss..& this particular location was definitely a miss! Place is super sketchy,pretty dirty, location was not so great. All and all I would not recommend this place to anyone.. ever..at all! The only way I could see this place getting good reviews is because the manager did offer us $10 off our stay to leave a good review ????
Had a great time here at woodsprings. All staff were amazing and helpful, and made our stay amazing. Malachi stood out and went above and beyond, Valerie-the Gm was more than thoughtful and welcoming and Dakaieta made our stay enjoyable with her patience and answered any concerns and questions we had. Would recommend 10/10 to stay here again. Clean, spacious rooms and location was near everything. Thank you all. ❤️
I notified the hotel and received an email that i will be late checking in, the hotel received the money off my card when i never checked in. Elizabeth didn’t allow me to check in. When my email states that I can check in around 1. It says 24 hours on the email and there was no one available. My money has not been returned and I never was allowed to check in. I will never book here again. My money is gone.
You get what you pay for! My partner is a truck driver and we just needed somewhere to sleep and shower last minute to break up the routine of being on the truck and explore Savannah, this place did just that. We ended up having to switch our first room because the door had been tampered with making it easy to enter when using any card but they were very accommodating and moved us within 5min. The second room was better but the handle in the inside came off whenever you attempted to exit the room. You could tell cleaning is very surface level (not much sweeping or disposing of past guest random things) but the rooms weren’t “dirty” and the beds were comfortable for the price. The vending machines don’t seem to work with Apple Pay, credit card or the app they have which was a bit annoying. Also although the rooms are equipped with a stove and fridge, you still have to bring your own cooking equipment or rent from them- that seemed counterproductive. I’d probably not do this again since I’m a proud Marriott girly and when staying at their extended stays it still fees like a hotel but we just chose this place last minute again for the cost, I felt like I got what I paid for.
Fixture in room shot out sparks and smoke filled room. No staff on site at the time. Phone didn't work. Not as marketed, (no sofa), broken drawer cabinetry, no extra pillow or cot, Wanted to charge for full calendared stay for 93 year old guest even though fire hazard required leaving. Don't stay here!!!
BEWARE!!!! Disgusting to say the least, dirty from the time we walked in, the trash in our room was not taken out, bananas peels left, the cupboards are falling apart, smells like marijuana everywhere you walk, very unsafe area, the luggage cart couldn't roll. The peep hole was broken in. Front desk very rude, manager turns off her phone when you need to contact her. Charged me $500 for one night and said they don't do refunds! Beware!!!||STAY AWAY!!!!!||Brand new beautiful woodspring suits down the road in Chatham just opened don't waste your time with gardens.
