This room was entirely infested with roaches. They need to have the rooms sprayed with insect killer and fix some of the major problems with the shower. First time around the hotel was nice and cozy, but this time is just disgusting.
The staff at this area are awesome! I've been staying at this location for a while now and I love it here I highly recommend. Have yet to have any issues with my room, property is clean and gated , general manager is professional and very helpful .
The rooms are nice, neat, & clean. Looks good from the out side. Plenty of parking which is gate. Not much around. About 10 min drive to anything!!
? But Truth be Known. This place a very blunt way of showing that everyone sees you & Not the attention that any needs. Plus extra charges. Lose a key ???? $25, try to come in after crufew with out a card $35, stand in the lobby to long $25, etc.
Apoun entering the gated parking I said to myself, pretty god for the price. I parked my truck where I could see it. We ending a business call. About exit the vehicle. I noticed two black and white had passed by me. I waved, went to meet a couple of friends and grab my luggage. As I closed the truck. We were greeted by not 1, or 2 but 3 police cars. That was fun, and waste of time.. The you have the two rudes mangers possible who not make everything uneasy but take there sweet ass time doing anything. Mean while giving you attuid. Did I forget to mention there is a door you enter the hotel in and another door that they conteol. To pass threw from the lobby into the main floor of the hotel. Get the extra charges. So if don't mind the 13 cops that passed threw in one night, hall monitors and the possibility of be locked into the lobby ony. Because we have a curfew as adults. Tye place is not bad. We give it a 3 because there one way (speedy) exit out and it had a sink with no bugs.
I liked it , stayed 3 nights , heard children during the day wasn’t a problem for me personally I’d rather hear kids then grow people doing the most in the halls. This is a hotel for families staying a long period of time, everyone’s to themselves . The blanket was a lil dirty but I brought my own comforter & pillows. It’s good for the price
From the very beginning, the lady at the front desk was very rude. She made it very clear they will not give you any refunds under any circumstances, when we checked in. After this, it was very obvious why someone might want a refund. The highway is extremely loud from the room, where it is difficult to sleep. We had roaches on the floor and old hairs in the bed when we arrived. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and left after the first night, without asking for a refund, as we knew how that would go. Not to mention, they will even charge you $10 for a new room key, if something happens to yours. The service is horrible, it smells horrible, it is roach infested and it is right next to a noisy highway. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
We had a horrible experience.
First room didn't have a working toilet or tv. We got moved, 2nd room was good at first, saw a tiny roach in the bathroom, didnt think anything of it. When getting ready to go to bed we saw another roach and a bigger one at that on the head board of the bed. Then another one. Went to complain and all she wanted to do was spay medicine and not move us. Ummm, no. We got moved rooms and on another floor at that and there were roaches in there as well. We went to complain again and the lady called her boss and had her on speaker. She told me we were not a good fit for them and that she was going to give me a refund and we had to leave. This was at 11:30pm. We we're so frustrated and upset. She even told me that she would call the cops on us if we didnt go. The worst experience and hotel we have ever stayed in.
We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms looked near overall on first impression. There are problems as we started using it. We were mostly out and only used to sleep and go out next day. Beds are made of steel frame and makes noise and not comfortable. AC machine was making abrupt noises through out the night. Saw cockroaches. Hole in the wall, broken toilet paper hanger.
Our Card stopped working next day even though we were booked for 2 nights and we are too tired to deal with this inconvenience. We can hear the car sounds and there is no curtains to block light. Costlier than a motel and did not get a good experience overall. When we were struglling with our card, there was another person who cancelled and left as they did not like it. Would not recommend it!
Could've been a little better, but not the worst hotel stay. Rooms could use a deep clean, saw some roaches and the Entire building smells like Weed constantly, tv doesn't work, there's no shampoo/conditioner or washcloths in the bathroom. And only 1 roll of TP. But it could've been worse I guess
