As a truck driver I have stayed at woodspring suites all over the US. I can honestly say they do not deserve to be in business. I am new to San Antonio, but after staying at this place I can understand why certain things happen to specific places and people.
You pay for cleanliness, and safety as well as a level of respect, but not here.
The reception was very rude at first check inn, and the roaches I complained about was never dealt with. You never receive an apology only excuses, God forbid your working and a child needs a key reset, and demands help.
The manager who sometimes speaks with a fake accents will ban your child from the premises. After making your child feel like a bad person for getting upset about lack of help and service.
Honestly for much better rate their are very clean places with great service, and people excited to help you learn the area.
I take this place as a lesson on what no morality, low values, and lack of customer service looks like.
I learned what type to avoid at all cost and am grateful to the spirits for allowing me to see what filth looks like in soul energy as it becomes decay.
Karma is fair, I leave it at that
I don't advice this place when their is cleaner and lower rates all around San Antonio.
I'd love my money back but most importantly reporting to the health dept.
The pictures representing this place is false.
The fake review stating it was clean and smelt good not true at all, and yes the review about the manager is 100% accurate, he likes to talk about himself but does nothing to make their wrongs right
Quick to get upset when your angry they do not help you.
It could have potential but in it's current state and for the price knowing their are places so much better

This Choice Hotel is utterly filthy and repulsive. Upon seeing the room, I immediately checked out within minutes, but they refused to refund my money. I strongly advise against staying here at all costs. The room was infested with mold, roaches, and fungus growing under the sinks, accompanied by a strong odor of animal urine. The entire building reeks of smoke, and the room traps most of it.
The elevator reeked of cigarette smoke, the main hallways were dirty, and the entire hotel had a terrible stench. The place is dreadful, and the service is equally poor. I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. This establishment needs to be thoroughly investigated and/or shut down.
When I tried to call the hotel, they refused to let me speak with the manager, leaving me without any resolution. I demand a full refund because I never actually stayed at this hotel and will never consider doing so after this experience
The 1st night I paid for a week and requested a clean bed sheet the reseptionist did not give me 1 and was utterly rude.
I had roaches escorting me into my room as my hands where full with my things for work the next day.
I woke up in the night and watched roaches playing like it was their normal atmosphere.
I told the receptionist when I got back from work the next day she said yah people are just nasty.
I asked for a sheet she said she had nothing to give me there washer is broken.
I was told to send the pictures to the health department because the roaches are a health concern and disease spreaders, they took their money but refuse to give me and my kids a clean room.
My advice, as a truck driver I travel alot everywhere.
This by far is the greediness, money hungry, unconcerned about anything that doesn't affect them 2 star hotel I had ever witnessed In the usa.
Don't waste your money or time.
Save yourself time asked to see the room before you pay them because you lose your money to people who could care less about cleanliness and promises.
I would definitely not stay here. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody when you check in you go to your room. It looks clean, but it’s not clean. You do have roaches that crawl around. If you turn all the lights off I’m not making this up because I have photos I checked in on 15 October. My date to check out was supposed to be 11 November I actually checked out on 5 November and they still have me checked in the manager himself told me that’s all I needed to do was turn in the keys they did not give me a receipt. I had to call choice hotel to get a receipt and they still have me in like I am staying there, what was that but I do know this is not a hotel that I would recommend to anybody when you’re trying to enjoy yourself and just lay in your room you smell weed and not only do you smell weed but you hear loud music so my opinion, I would not try to check into this hotel you do have some rude customer service not that I’m upset with them except for still charging me for a room that I’m not even at I’m not making this up because I have several witnesses plus I have a Uber on the fifth as well dropping me off at a friends houseon the fifth
This place is completely completely nasty. The manager Is the narcissist with anger issues. There's black mold everywhere.Fungus growing under the sinks Rooms be smelling like animal urine. Roach is everywhere. If you ask for anything to be fixed, you will be threatened to be kicked out or be belittle. He even belittles his staff and other guests. For asking simple questions, Any information to get corporates number. You will not receive it from him.
He makes himself look like the victim if you try to stand up for yourself or to explain any situations that has occurred of his negligence.
Corporate should do a complete inspection of the property and not go by what he says. You will be amazed of all the stuff that you will find there.
I would not recommend this extended. Stay to anybody especially if you have children. Any maintenance problems or issues that you need fixed if he has a grudge with you do not expect them to be fixed or fulfilled, you'll be just wasting your breath. I know he will see this post and he will probably be like the guess was Belligerent or something Of that nature It is just to save his own skin
Well i went threw booking.com to get my room and i paid on booking.com.... i get to the hotel and the lady at front desk had me pay again.. $66 on booking.com and then another $66 there at hotel. I paid thinking well theyll see this and ill get my money back onto my card, hell no. Its been 2 wks now and im still waiting for my $66..... it shouldnt take this long to see that i paid twice.. i sent pics of charges and bank statement and still nothing. ????????
This place is disgusting. I saw the room and immediately left. They would not refund me. The floors were dirty. The bed mattress was yellow and dirty and only a sheet was provided as a comforter. There was a kitchenette that had electrical wires sticking out that is a fire hazard. The elevator stunk of cigarette smoke and the main hallways were dirty and the hotel stunk. Horrible place. Horrible service. I’ve already contacted the Texas public health department. Very unhappy with the whole situation. They need to be shut down and investigated.
The customer assistance and hospitality was for sure
A Five Out Of Five Star Rating . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The female staff really make your stay here feel uplifting and home-ey (: I would highly recommend staying a few nights here if your passing through- or even just to relax.
