I felt safe and secure in my stay. Room was clean and staff were kind and knowledgeable. For some reason the A/C smelt of pee when i turned it on otherwise everything was great. Walls are thin so any walking or doors closing were loud.. other than that i recommend this place!
Our home is being renovated didn't want to spend alot of money on hotels, needed a kitchen so we wouldn't have to eat out,found Woodspring Suites..,checking in was awesome the beautiful Sweet ladies that run the office are exceptional!!!
We didn't expect to stay so long 2 months,they keep us updated,the rooms are very clean, I felt safe coming and going through out the days...
I would stay here instead of a 100$ or more hotel anyday...

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Seriously. It was just right for our family after a long day of traveling. We have a dog and so it was great to find a place for her too. The pet fee is a little steep, but the room rate was good, so it offset the cost. Not sure about the “noise” complaints on some reviews. We came during the week so maybe there weren’t a lot of kids? It was very quiet during our stay.
I’m not sure how the rooms are but the service desk CLOSES. They are NOT 24 Hours. I was 3.5 hours away and nobody answered a phone call after hours. Not even “emergency maintenance”. I was never able to check-in and had to book another hotel. Very poor service on their behalf, so be careful when booking. No refund or even partial refund accepted because of “our policy”
Lady at desk was nice checked us in said only had 1 room but we had to wait till 3 to check in room..only a small 1 bed room..advertisement said 52 per night..it was me and my granddaughter and my small dog cost 135. For night..bed very hard 2 small pillows couldn't get more. checked out at 9, the office closed couldn't get reciept. She said I had to pay a pet fee but didn't tell me how much. 3 pm check-in 11 check out, not even 24 hours for that price. Had to drag the dog all over town for 5 hours. I'll do better research for a good comf affordable room to visit San angelo next time.
I come to this hotel several times and Ann the receptionist is attentive and makes sure we are extremly comfortable. She provides fantastic service is always so kind and knows exactly what she is and will help with any problems or concerns. This hotel provides Clean rooms that are affordable and service is top notch. My stay at WoodSpring Suites San Angelo was an unforgettable experience and I will be definetly be coming here for a while!
Booked this hotel for a work trip. Did not have a very welcomed stay. Finished at the Candlewood suites & they were 10x better to me
Lady in the front was very rude & passive aggressive the whole time we checked in.
I get to my room and only have 1 towel, when I called to request more later on; the other girl in the front told me “come get them if you want them”
I then needed to replace a lost room key the “GM” made me wait 15 minutes in the lobby as I called out for her. I could clearly see and hear her in the office right behind the front desk. When I asked her for the replacement she rolled her eyes.
The concierge gave me a good room at good price. I will stay at this location again instead of any other location. Service was no non-sense and respectful. The ladies respec the customer, but do not go out of the way to keep the mood light. One lady however did give me paper towels when I requested, which I found to be very kind!
