Stay here on 1 Dec to 4 Dec. They are under new management. The first room they gave me was alittle dirty ask for another and they were very accommodating. The second one was much better. Overall of the room was good. Wasn’t excellent but you get what you pay for. Bed was comfy and hot shower so can’t complain too much. Very quiet at night, good location with plenty of food options around within walking distance. The only bad thing about the room was at night the lights from the parking lot come thru the window. They have blinds but no curtains had to use the blanket cover to cover the window. Overall I will stay again.
If you slept here, you would wake up sick. Apparently there is a no refund policy that they don't tell you about. Payed for 3 nights and couldn't stay even 1. I'm looking into some legal action. Found black mold all behind the refrigerator.

The staff are so unprofessional they don't know what the hell they are saying regarding the prices.one of them says one thing and the other says another thing totally different. .they don't have manners.they would come up to you and tell you that your rent is due or that you owe so much in front of customers. Rockwall police department are always there. .I would not recognize it at all. It may seem like 49 dollar is nothing but add it for a week and for a month your really paying close to 1500 to 1600 a month. For a little shity room. Don't get a room there. Thanks
We booked online for 2 nights. We got the confirmation number and everything was fine. Later we left Dallas and called them to see if our room was ready. They said we have no rooms. I told him we had a reservation booked. They said "Doesn't matter, no rooms" and hung up. We had to find somewhere to stay last minute at 11:00 pm. Would have been nice to get a heads-up beforehand.
This hotel was horrible!! They gave me a key to a renovated room. Someone’s belongings were everywhere! Now I’ve been waiting since August for a refund, that looks like I’ll never get. It was also very small, not clean, and very poor customer service! I wouldn’t leave my dog there!
Rooms was small little dirty but all and all ood stay. Plan on staying here again. Ha a kitchen. That was nice.
I would not recommend staying here especially if you are traveling with kids. We pulled in and I went to check in. There were some sketchy people walking around so that should’ve been my first red flag. Online I booked a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch. I was told that kind of room doesn’t exist so we were put in a room with one double bed and pullout couch. I had my mom and 3 young kids with me so obviously booked the room I booked for a reason. The guy at the front desk did say that he would change our room to a double if that wasn’t enough space so I’ll give them that. Went through the doors to get on the elevator and was immediately hit with the smell of pot. Got off on the second floor and there was trash on the floors (used floss picks, paper, etc.). Tried to ignore that because we were just planning to stay one night. Got into the room and there was no soap or anything in the bathrooms. The faucet in the shower constantly dripped. It was 10:00 so we decided to try and stick it out for the night. Got my kids laid down and the people above us were so loud that it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Looked at my mom and said we can’t stay here all night so gathered our things and went back downstairs to leave. Told the guy at the front desk we were leaving and he said no problem I can take care of that. He checked us out and I asked for a refund of my money and was told they have a no refund policy. We were there all of about 15 minutes and he claimed there was no way to get my money back. That’s ridiculous. I guess since the condition of the hotel is so bad they have to take peoples money in order to make money somehow. Left and went to a different hotel almost right next door and it was a night and day difference. Save your money and don’t waste it by booking here.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️The front desk woman STEPHANIE is RUDE AND unprofessional telling everyone she is the manager and she is not SHE IS ALWAYS IN EVERYBODY'S BUSINESS!!!! she makes the stay here HORRIBLE!!! I have even made friends with my neighbors buy talking about how HORRIBLE STEPHANIE is. AND THIS PLACE IS JUST ALL AROUND DIRTY SO MANY ROACHES.
