This is the best place to stay! My room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. The ladies up front are super sweet and kind. Wanna is the best there though! She really made my stay great! She will go out of her way to make you feel at home.
I've been a guest here for sometime now, and I've not a problem. The staff! there are no words that can express how they go beyond the call of duty for the guest.
I had a problem with my refrigerator, and the maintenance guy ( Trevon) went out of his way to replaced it. I'm truly pleased to be staying at this establishment.
After the renovation, I'm loving my space now. The front desk staff are doing their best, some reps could try to be more professional at the desk but in my opinion, they are not rude - i know the manager is going to get that under control thigh. Tyree, is great!!! Stacy does a great job as well. She is very positive & she do go above & beyond when she can. She's pleasant & do her best to make you keep a smile on your face. She deserves the recognition & I hope she keeps striving to do her best. The maintenance tech K is great. He is very professional & takes time out explaining what needs to be done. Keep up the good work!!!!
The PM Night Attendant, JoVonn is very courteous and professional with a pleasant attitude. The suite is very comfortable and clean. Also, Ms. Wanna is helpful, courteous and professional. Overall the environment is enjoyable.
Nice clean place to stay. Very quiet. The customer service is amazing. Especially Stacy and Wanna those ladies deserve a raise. They went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. I will definitely stay again! I promise you won't regret it if you decide to stay.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. the lady in the room next to us has lived here for YEARS, so staff REFUSES to do anything about her CONSTANTLY BARKING dog that starts everyday at 5am & doesnt stop until its owner returns from work. staff will smirk in your face when the issue is brought up & blatantly lie to your face. Also mattress & pillow quality are absolutely horrible. pillows are thinner than paper and the mattress is beyond over used. facility is dirty outside with animal feces everywhere outside, as well as a constant feces stench upon entering the side wing door.
Veronica is so sweet. She took very good care of my family during our stay. She met our needs in every way possible. Veronica has amazing customer service and witnessed her multitasking skills first hand. She had a lobby full of guest and handled each one with kindness and attended to all needs with ease. We would stay here anytime the opportunity arises. Thank you again!
I stayed here for multiple months. There’s tons of domestic abuse going on therefrom long term people, cops were there at least once a week sometimes 4-5 on rougher weeks. I’ve watched so many people nod out, get robbed and smoke crack in the parking lot it’s actually insane. But those aren’t the big issues. First of all dog owners should just avoid this place. I was told that they were booked so I had to go somewhere else. I go to come back as this process happens every handful of weeks, they told me I was put on a do not return list stating my dog was aggressive. My dog has never in his 3 years of life showed aggression to animals, children or people. Days of bouncing hotel to hotel (I was homeless) trying to reach the manager about this since I could only afford their rate. They stopped picking up the calls and eventually they literally blocked me. She always spoke about how she’s petrified of dogs and was freaking out when taking the routine inspection of the room. He was wagging his tail all happy and wanting pets while I was holding him btw. This is months later and I’m still just appalled at how I was treated and tbh very angry that my esa and partially service trained pitbull was being pinned as aggressive. I thank god that I will never ever be back in this area let alone this sad excuse of a woodspring suites. Every single other location of this company has been great but this one… shut it down already half the place has roaches and the other half smells like marlboro cigarettes but most of all get rid of that rude inconsiderate manager. You can’t kick people out just cause you don’t like their dog.
