Where do I start? Man this place was an awesome place to stay in! Jermone is awesome and very understanding and was super helpful! Faith and Desiree who work in front desk is super awesome, super friendly, displayed exemplary service and provided professional service! Those three people make up the backbone of the hospitality industry. I am so impressed by their kindness and their attentiveness to my needs and guests needs. Would HIGHLY recommend a stay at that hotel! Excellent job staff! Thank you again for all that you have done and continue to do!
Desiree is the absolutely best!! If it wasn’t for this place wouldn’t be as great!!! Overall the best experience I’ve had in a long time! She is absolutely wonderful. She’s been very accommodating to my needs. Especially going through a rough time!
I have been here for about 6 months and I have truly Enjoyed My Stay . They have An Incredible Staff and they are so supportive and helpful and they make You feel like Family and are there for Your every need. I Truly Love and Appreciate the Staff . And I just want to say Thank You to all the Staff at WoodSping Suites it’s My 2nd Home.
The staff was great, the facility not so much. The room I was in was in the middle of remodeling and they put me in there. The card keys are another hassle, I recommend upgrading the system. The hotel is in serious need of carpet cleaning, and upgrading appliances. But again the Staff was top tier.
The hotel smells like dirty cigarettes anywhere you are. I was barely able to make it to my room and out of the hotel without getting sick that’s how strong the smell is. It’s very dirty and grimy. The only redeemable aspect of the room is that it was neat.
The staff here is exceptionally awesome! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay! Top notch people!!!!
The new manager Jerome is awesome , he fixed every problem I’ve mentioned in my last review . Very nice and well mannered gentlemen , I’m honored to stay here under his management .
Customer Service was wonderful i was serviced by a lovely young lady named denise. I stayed in room 323 on the 3rd floor. When i arrived in elevator to go to my floor i noticed the elevator certification had expired January 30 2024 and i stayed June 2 2024, red flag number one. When arrived into room i noticed the outside of fridge was dirty like it hasnt been cleaned or wiped down in months. could tell bathroom wasnt swept by how much dirt my feet collected when i walked in the restroom. was MULTIPLE TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS and HAIR on floor. i cut the air down ready to settle in for the night until i STEPPED ON A ROACH. prepared to make reservations for another hotel in the morning, i got into bed and started to watch tv when in the midst of watching hallmark ANOTHER ROACH RAN ACROSS TV SCREEN and i also noticed a FLEE in my bed. mind you this hotel is pet friendly. me and my family planned to stay for 2 nights bcs of my sister's military graduation and the cost was $200. this price is completely unacceptable for all of the uncleanliness.
