I have been staying at the woodspring suites for a few months now and I can say my experience here has been great. The rooms are a nice size and it’s great to have a kitchenette in the room as well and a laundry facility that you can use at your disposal. Plus, it’s close to a lot of gas stations and grocery stores and eating spots. Since I have been here, the staff has been great. Mrs. Sara has been extremely helpful with answering any questions that I may have and ensuring that my stay here was amazing. Her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with the guests is truly recognizable and amendable. She’s always so happy to assists any guests, and she is truly a gem that this hotel has. I will be eventually visiting Charlotte and will be staying at the wood spring suites in that area because that’s where Mrs. Sara is located.
Sorta funky smell, wish there was a lamp. Service was really nice! no hot water at night for the shower but the bathroom was nice and roomy. Everything felt pretty clean
also there's a cool 24/7 gas station right next door with the most bomb ass mozzarella sticks so points for that
The General manager, Jason Frink from Philadelphia was very warm and welcoming. He also made sure the room was to my liking and assured the rooms were nice and clean, which they were. The customer service at this location was amazing and I recommend this location to anybody that is traveling to the Raleigh area. Great stay!
My friend and I stayed here while enjoying our summer vacation. When we first arrived we were greeted by the desk staff and we felt very welcomed. I don’t remember her name but she was helpful and polite and got us checked in swiftly. We got settled into our room and I have to say it was very clean. The room made us feel comfortable. The location was convenient as well. Overall a great experience!
Was a great deal but I couldn't stay. I recently lost my wallet so I didn't have a physical identification card. I did have a photocopy and also pictures on my phone of my military id, passport, TWIC and Merchant Mariner License of which none were acceptable. Now... I can understand if this was a government facility that required you to show physical ID. But a hotel?
I give the Extended Stay a 5.0! Because the Desk Clerk Rosie is very helpful, She’s been nothing but outstanding with making sure I have clean towels, trash removal. She helped me out a lot since I been here She is God sent. Pat!
Mr.Frink has been great management for woodspring suites. I have really been enjoying my stay under his excellent management. He is very respectful and his employees are great as well.
Andrea and Rosita I hope I said her name correctly was amazing. However Lynn was very Condescending and mean and always gave me miss information it’s almost like she was trying not to be helpful while I was going to a stress situation but agin Andrea and Rosita was a godsend and I really appreciate everything that you did thank you. I would recommend you stay but I wouldn’t recommend getting your information from Lynn
