I found cockroaches in my room and they didn’t wanna give me a refund back, I tried to talk to someone about it the night I found the roachs but the office was closed I couldn’t get a roach bc I “complained my stay” I would not book this hotel at all every again I also got pictures I’m going to post so y’all know I’m not laying. Also it had a very uncomfortable smell.
Edit: the fact that you want to comment Mike and say that you have many guest who stay daily without any issues I was their for 3 weeks I talked to the people I have read the other reviews and I can tell you nobody complains because it’s the only place that’s affordable for them to live, because this country has gotten so bad that people can’t afford homes anymore and it’s people
like you MIKE who don’t care you just want money.
The worst place I’ve ever stayed, my husband travels with work so we are always traveling and his coworkers stay at the same hotel a lot they made reservations stayed a week and left none of them stayed but 2 and they are looking for a new place. The staff is RUDE, on top of the staff being rude they are constantly on their personal phones talking to someone or if someone calls they answer while you are right there and then get an attitude and talk about how my generation is rude. The cards to the doors don’t work I kept having to go get it redone at the office and they were rude saying it’s not the key it’s the door if it’s the door then something needs to be done about it, if you do get locked out after hours they charge you for someone to come let you in, the hotel smells bad but you add the marijuana smell and it is horrible through out the hotel, They don’t have someone at the desk 24/7, you have to pay for toilet paper if you want it, the room gets cleaned every 2 weeks and it still feels like it’s nasty, there were a lot of bugs, the walls are very thin, I could go on and on but what really got me the most is I called to see if they might have found something that we thought we left because we couldn’t find it and the lady who is ALWAYS rude told me that they don’t keep those things they throw them away automatically while cleaning the room. I could go on but I won’t.
DO NOT BOOK HERE. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Staff is unwilling to work with you. I paid almost $500 for a week stay in a room that had no electricity 2 nights in a row and had bugs. When I asked for some kind of reimbursement I got the run around and then got told the general manager/ owner will not contact me or even consider a reimbursement because "That's not something he would do. He doesn't give out refunds."
The smell throughout the entire place located off of exit 312 on I-40 in Garner, NC is unbearable in this hotel. Very Bad odor. The rooms are not what they advertise. They say queen beds but they are full size and not queen. The heavyset white lady at the front desk wants to control your stay and follow you and police every single thing that you do as if she built the hotel with her own money. This is simply a job and not a dictatorship dear. Not a friendly hotel at all for dogs or for humans. Don’t let the price win you over. You will be disappointed. And to put the icing on the cake, we arrived, went into the room, and almost immediately asked for a refund. Was there for about 25 minutes and left. Go to another location.
Me, my wife and my 3 daughters and my 2 service dogs. Hey told me on the phone that I could stay here without showing paperwork on my dogs.
Then when I got here. The punk with glasses was telling me. I could not stay at the motel without showing paperwork. When he is the one that told me. I did not need any paperwork. And all you can smell was marijuana coming from the office?
And the hallways. Then there were people standing outside drinking with loud music and kids running through the parking lot. This is not a motel. You want your family staying in?
The woman at the desk was so rude! I was confused about this location accepting dogs so I came with my ESA dog for my autistic child! Before I could bring the dog in I unloaded my things to the room and found a huge red mark on the carpet and dirt on the bed and pillow. When I went to the front desk to ask the lady about my dog she got up and got mouthy about me showing her paper work for my dog, so I left and demanded a refund before myself or my children could get comfortable. The lady stated that should was allowed to go through my room if she feels like we are up to no good and her partner, which was some guy with long hair came to her rescue saying that we brought the dog into the room already without permission which was false, I didn’t even bother bringing her in after the attitude I got about showing my papers to such an ignorant person. She seemed like she wanted to micro manage everything that every person does and the man was equally as rude. Don’t ever stay at this location go to the one in Morrisville. They allow pets and are super clean and friendly!! Oh and before I left they had to inspect the room to make sure I did nothing to it when I was literally in the room for maybe an hour! Very childish treatment they watch guests like children I observed and have terrible service! Many guests allow this because this is their last resort instead of being homeless on the street!!
We had some issues with Priceline because the dates we selected to stay was a day ahead. I called priceline to see if we could change our reservation and priceline wouldn’t fix it and they wasted our time. Jordan the manager was awesome and quick to resolve our issue. Great customer service goes a long way.
Wow. The Woodspring Suites in Garner has had a glow up since we last stayed here!||We like staying at this particular hotel because it's clean, comfortable and close to everything in the 40/42 area. Our favorite things about staying at this hotel are the extremely comfortable beds, free wifi and the kitchenette with a cook top, sink and full sized fridge/freezer. ||We're in a queen size non-smoking suite and there isn't a whiff of cigarette smoke anywhere to be found. My husband has a sensitive nose, so that's important to us. The décor is minimalistic and modern. The parking is super convenient. They are generous of towels, there is a blow dryer available and the bath tub is great for soaking after a long day traveling. The water has good pressure and is nice and hot.||The vending machines have a nice variety and there is a coin laundry on the bottom floor. Cracker Barrel is right across the street as is Walmart. Woodspring Suits in Garner has everything we need to rest up and recharge our batteries.||Also, the front desk employees were really nice as were the few other guests we bumped into so far.||
