So I will start off by saying every hotel I’ve gone to I have been a bit Nervous about and this was no different. I got in my room room was kept in good shape the Employees have been very helpful, especially the manager Ron. Anything I’ve asked within reason he always accommodates. I couldn’t ask for a better manager to oversee anything that my wife and I need also the maintenance guy Henry anything that has needed to be fixed he was very prompt and very helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place as these people have kind of become family.
It's a roach motel. Small and I mean small rooms with dirty towels, kitchen and in a half a hour I done killed 6 roaches. Workers are mostly young and they just really don't do a correct job on cleaning any room. They do every 2 wks full room service which in other places they do it every week. The view is no good. Stay away. I forgot to mention that the smoke alarm is loud and within the 2 weeks I was there the alarm continues to go off for no reason and the fire department is tired of false alarm in this building.
If you need Wi-Fi, good luck. The Wi-Fi does not work. I brought this up to the hotel staff’s attention. They informed me that they have a new Wi-Fi system and guess what… It doesn’t work. I had some business work to get done on my computer and I had to delay it by two days because there was no Wi-Fi.
Front desk staff was very nice and pleasant .
The bed was horrible. It felt like a rollout mattress. You could feel the springs poking through the mattress woke up with a terrible backache every morning.
At 8am on chexk out day they were banging on my door asking me when I was going to leave because they needed the room. Check out is at 11am!
People are staying here long-term and it’s sort of like a homeless shelter.
Staff was nice. Rooms, not so nice. Roaches EVERYWHERE!! Water was coming out out of the bathroom floor when we stepped on it!! Cleaning crew forgot to clean the toilet (piss and pubic hairs on the seat). Hallways stunk like pot and curry. Lots of out of state plates in the parking lot. Shady characters lurking out and about. Was relocated here by our apartment complex manager because our Staircase is being replaced (we live on the second floor). Went back to our apartment for the night. We are clean people with a clean apartment and we'd like to keep it that way! Will never stay at this hotel!!
I had a prepaid reservation here that I made last week. Reservation was for two nights paid in full on my credit card. I have email confirmation of the payment and the reservation.
After driving four hours, I arrived at 7:45 PM to check in. The check-in lady tells me sorry they don’t have any room rooms. I told her I had a prepaid reservation and she told me that they gave all the rooms away to somebody else. Now I’m on the phone fighting for a refund.
If you were a business, customer do not book here. I cannot believe that even with a prepaid reservation, they don’t have any rooms available. What a horrible business to take prepaid reservations, and then not have rooms to give people who have been traveling for several hours in the car and in the airplane.
The reasons why people come to stay at WoodSpring Suites are quite diverse in nature, I imagine. Expanding a Charitable Foundation to another area outside of Green Valley, AZ, I thought would take about a year. More to it than a person thinks, perhaps. I have stayed in countless hotels in this particular region of NC for 17 months, and WoodSpring Suites is among the Best. Having also stayed in places such as the "Ritz" of a certain locations stateside, good service is good service regardless of where it is, I believe, and Woodspring's has it. I mean late night stays it’s fine but honestly the room sucks. People beat them into disrepair. At least the bed was comfy and clean once I was up there I was solid and forgot the rest but took pictures for everyone else. I’d stay here if I came in late but that’s all. Front desk was ok. No complaints there..
The room. The walls were all jacked up. Tv had a red mark on it. Toilet seat was peeling. Black mold in various spots. Stains all over the walls and floor. Missing cabinet door. Dead microwave. I even plugged it in the light worked but that was it.
Also the elevator didn’t work at all and wasn’t posted out of service. Had to use the steps.
Ron and Queen both were very professional and went above and beyond to make my stay safe and convenient. They helped me out when I was at my lowest. The hotel is quite and no riff raff is allowed
