My Family and I have been living here for about 3 months now. While we are waiting on out place to be ready. Jessica and her staff are top tier always professional and kind.
The rooms are nice and clean and they provide a full size refrigerator as well as a small kitchen area for cooking. One of the things I wish would of been changed the rooms do not come with a tub only stand up shower. Having a small child that loves bath time it was kind of rough getting them to take a shower in the beginning. The grounds and halls are always clean. If you are looking for somewhere reasonable to stay this is the place.

I’m staying at the Woodspring Suites Quantico on the 2nd floor, and this hotel has truly exceeded my expectations. The room is fantastic—it has a full kitchen with a fridge and microwave, which is perfect for preparing meals, and an executive desk that makes it easy to get work done. The flat-screen TV and king-size bed are great for relaxing, and having a laundry basket to do my laundry is a convenient touch. The shower and bathroom are exquisite, with a modern and fresh feel.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff—they are so friendly, helpful, and really make you feel at home. I’m not from around here, so it’s been really nice to experience such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even the people in the area are incredibly nice! This hotel is perfect in every way, and I highly recommend it!
Great service, very friendly front desk clerk. She was organized and very helpful. Room is clean and everything works. Very comfortable bed and decent TV. Well worth the money. I can recommend this hotel.
I have to say this was the nicest hotel I've been to in a very long time. From the staff being amazingly friendly and helpful to the absolutely cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. The people were nice. The location was perfect and the place was quiet. My wife aND i came in earlier than anticipated and the staff made sure to get us settled in with no complaints. At first, when staying in the hotel, everything was great, I was there for a year while I got settled and selected a house. After management switched off, about 8 months or so, I understood that things would get worse before it's better. It got dirty fast, I didn't see bugs or dog urine or droppings. Once management changed, almost every room had puppies, and dog droppings throughput the stairs urine on the carpet. The front desk girl has her infant daughter in the work area, so she's not paying attention to the building. Her mom and her work there now, so she does have help with the infant. But a baby shouldn't be what we see at the front desk.
Stolen mail and items, mail was delivered after I left it was never returned or logged as a return. I left items in the room. I took a video before I left, so if I was charged for anything, I would have proof I didn't get a video of the front of the fridge. I called to see if I had left some magnets. Apparently, nothing was left in the room. The front desk girl (Jasmine) lies so much I don't understand why. If there's an issue with your room you want resolved, anyone but her and the Manager can help they will lie and twist anything. I h9pe change comes back to the hotel it was great which is why I had stayed in the end you can see why it went down. Staff threatened to fight eachother, the one attacked was let go. (I watched as I was going out through the front, we could hear it)
Edited: Yes, staff do live there. I'm aware but being behind a desk with an infant isn't "off the clock" while working. It was mentioned to a general manager about missing items. The staff member first started with saying they never knew about the items. Then they admitted they gave the wrong packages to guests. Any issue I did have the manager (who still works there) would switch it on the guest. No one could say anything bad about me, I cleaned, paid without ever being an issue on my end, wasn't loud, didn't make messes. The most recent packages that were sent there weren't returned to sender. I contacted the merchant. I have brought up an issue, and the General Manager did nothing but make it as if it was my fault your employee gave away 2 phones totaling over 3k

As someone who frequently relies on hotels as a semi-permanent residence, I’ve come to expect a certain level of comfort and respect.Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite.
I was facing a temporary financial setback , and I was hopeful that your team would understand and work with me.Instead, I was met with hostility and treated like a criminal. Being given only two trash bags to pack my belongings and then being rushed out the door after midnight is beyond unacceptable. It felt like a scene out of a bad movie, not a reputable hotel.
Hotels are my home away from home, and I expect to be treated with dignity and respect. Your staff’s behavior was a complete failure on that front. I’m hoping you’ll take this matter seriously and address the issues with your team.
This hotel is a breath of fresh air. I've been here since February and I was skeptical at first due to sum issues with the old OSM but since the change in staff and the new OSM the hotel is absolutely a dream. It's quite, it is clean and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Bobbie the new OSM is always so welcoming and on top of greeting the guest and making them feel comfortable. The staff is like a big happy family . It's definitely my first and only choice for a hotel. Thanks Quantico team for making my stay with you so pleasing.
