My stay was for 3 weeks . I must say reading the reviews I was very hesitate upon arriving , however was pleasantly surprised once I arrived. The staff are very pleasant and professional. I have to especially acknowledge DeAndre who really has top notch customer service. It's so refreshing to come across someone who seems to actually enjoy their job. Very courteous extremely understanding and always willing to assist. In this day and age where people don't care too much about providing excellent customer service , they do. Any issues or concerns they definitely address them right away from my experience. The rooms were clean the location is excellent due to the many options for food and dining and the stay
was peaceful. would definitely recommend and stay again in the future
This is not a hotel; this is a ghetto! Don't be fooled by the photos you see and the exterior of the building. Once you are inside, you find this place is very wrong in many ways. First of all, this hotel has very sketchy policies I noticed as I checked in for upcoming three nights- 1.non refundable policy if you shorten stay. 2. Replacing towels and sheets during your stay needs to pay extra and etc. As soon as I checked in, the hallway smells like pot, at least the first floor and the fourth floor; so is the room I got. The elevator doesn't work just like other guests complained online months ago. The bed sheets were wrinkled as they were used from previous guests without being washed. The other "guests" stay in this "hotel" are clearly not here for traveling nor business purpose. I could not help to start looking for another hotel after I check in so I could leave this toxic ghetto that next morning.
This has honestly been one of the best hotel experiences for my family and I. I have little ones so I always become extremely concerned because the little pitter patter of their feet is going most of the day. I am so happy this hotel is family friendly and completely understands that kids just need to be kids sometimes. The room was gorgeous as we walked in and the whole entire hotel smells so good and clean. It is secure during quiet hours so you don't have to worry about unwelcomed drama, and it offers a large laundry facility. The entire staff is incredibly kind, but my favorite so far has been deyandre (I believe that's his name if I am remembering correctly.) There is soooo much just within walking distance which my older son loves. I absolutely love this hotels policy on their longer than 30 day guests. The ONLY downside I can see so far is that the elevator has been out since we arrived, which has now been 4 days, and that they only do housekeeping every two weeks. ANYTHING you want between your two weeks you must pay $3 extra. Other than that I'm loving our stay here so far and look forward to the rest of our time here ????????????????????????????
I’ve stayed at many different woodspring suites before but this is the worst! The hotel staff is extremely weird! I work overnights and it seems like every 2 days they were knocking on the door to come in for some reason. The first few times it made since, inspections pest control, but it quickly became intrusive and inconvenient as I usually slept during the day. The last time, the girl from the front desk knocked twice and attempted to come in without announcing herself. I’m dead sleep and woke to the sound of the lock clanking. She said she was house keeping but had no cleaning supplies, towels etc. I refused service and 20 minutes later she was at the door with police evicting me. For saying I don’t need house keeping and saying that I was sleep. I paid upfront for a full month and this happened at the 2.5 week mark. They refused to reimburse me and did nothing to resolve the situation.
Man Listen I read the reviews and I see people tripping but like every hotel it’s some issues I just left a Hilton hotel and trust me you would be surprised. Ok this going to be a long one ok I could make a YouTube but I don’t feel like. One they have great customer service. Two they do accommodate you if needed. The GM is nice but have boundaries I respect that. The room clean when I got here. Been a week going on two. I haven’t had an issue only thing the elevator wasn’t working. But guess what? Next day it was working. I don’t see people hanging in the parking lot as users this is Plano you barely see anybody too much outside. The only thing some of these folks is nasty not the hotel people but some of the people that stay here. Yeah it’s worth it if needed be. So yeah other then that you good.
Overall experience at this location has been nothing short of amazing. I've personally had not one issue to date with anything in my room. Upon arrival my check in was smooth and very thorough. I received a lot of useful information. The hospitality portrayed by the staff has been exceptional since day one. I was first greeted and welcomed by Deantray. I've had over a month long stay so far and I have no complaints. No matter what time it is, Deantray is available either by phone or physically if you have any questions or concerns. I must also state Deantray portrays a very kind personality and makes it his DUTY to speak to each amd every person her comes across. He is kind and does his best at providing top tier customer service. I would recommend this location regardless of the length of time you wish to stay. The pricing is fair and expected considering the convenience and amenities that ARE offered. No there is no continental breakfast, however it isn't a deal breaker. We are located in a great area with many places to dine and shop. Of course you may have a rowdy tenant every once in a while, but I have never experienced any unruly or irate individuals my entire stay. Some of the reviews had me EXTREMELY SKEPTICAl About a stay here, but I must admit, a lot of the reviews are misleading and negative this is a great spot to lodge.
I also want to take a moment and shout out JILL as well. She is such a sweet and thorough employee as well. Jill has such an inviting smile and aura when you come into the lobby. She pays attentional to detail and offers top tier customer service as well.
I want to also take time out to showcase Alana who also works in the lobby at times.. the staff here is nothing short of amazing. I could honestly list everyone I have interacted with and said they are amazing at what they do. I appreciate the staff here and recommend this location as your stay when you vacation or any reason at all !
Save your money and don't stay here. The only upside is the rooms are fairly nice. Everything else sucks and the staff are not great. The price is never what is advertised and they penny pinch.
I was supposed to check in on Saturday night, When i got to the hotel, Firstly if you driving a car, the parking lot is so dangerous, full with crack users, homeless, and too dirty!!, secondly, when i got there everything was closed, i had to call the reception to ask how to get in to check in, but that dude said they are completely overbooked, I kindly asked to open the reception to try to figure out this misunderstanding but he refused, then I asked to talk to his manager because i had a lot of stuff with me that do not allow me to move freely, but he said he is not going to be here until tomorrow morning, (Sunday), i asked for his the employee's name, he gave me a fake name, at the same time, i heard people laughing when i asked for his name, I had to stay outside for 2 hours with no security and safety, the hotel should be glad i didn't have my kid with me, other wise i could sue them!!
-So I guess in 2024 you can pay for something you are not getting, the hotel reception is giving wrong informations ( that's not legal) i have trusted on them, gave them my personal information but they lied to me about a NAME!!!! And also what kind of hotels is it if it's not safe, clean, but poor way to treat your costumers!!!!!!
