My stay here has been absolutely exceptional!!!! Keshia, is the best most hard-working individual I’ve ever encountered!! She goes above and beyond for clients and staff. I just want to give her a special shout out because she deserves it! Everyone here is exceptional as well and the cleanliness is uncanny. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it.
There were a few issues with the room: the microwave shorted out, but the repairman was quick to fix it; the door scrapes, preventing it from fully closing, but again they will fix it; the TV wand would only scroll down, but they will replace it; and the floor wasn't as clean as I wanted, but I'm picky about keeping my socks clean!
Overall, I felt that Jack would take care of all this after I moved out. The room WAS exactly where I wanted it, facing east and very quiet.
Being greated by Renae at the front desk I felt immediately welcome i stayed here for about a week and the service was great when ever I needed trash bags or cleaning supplies one of the housekeepers Nicky helped me out without hesitating. The room was clean and even had a stove and full fridge if i had any complaints i would say it sucked it had no pool but its getting cold anyway i would definitely stay here again.
I would like to thank Renee and Keisha for being awesome and providing continuous excellent service. Renee has been accommodating and willing to assist every time and I appreciate the extra effort she puts in. Keisha is friendly and willing to assist as well. If it weren’t for these two I probably wouldn’t be staying here at all. We need more people like Keisha and Renee in the hospitality industry.
I absolutely love staying here. This has become my home away from home. Rooms are very clean and modern. I would like to also thank the amazing staff for going above and beyond to ensure the most pleasant stay. Thank you Keisha and Erin for excellent guest service.
Room was pleaceful, Grounds and hotel were clean, Staff was exceptionally nice.It went above and beyond. Special shout out to Renne who not only accommodated my special needs but helped me learn how to use them to my advantage. Thank you Renee, you helped my life be just that much easier.

Very clean, nice sized rooms and cost wasn't bad. Keshia was extremely helpful at the front desk. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a longer stay in the phoenix metro area
This is the only review that you should listen to. I was worried about staying here due to the bad reviews, but this is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The service was absolutely wonderful. Rene is such a great help and she cares about your needs. The rooms are very clean and very nice! It is not a sketchy environment. It’s very beautiful and welcoming. I had absolutely no issues staying here.
