The TV didn’t work cause it kept turning off on me and the showerhead didn’t work when I got back from work I don’t know why the second manager didn’t give me the supervisor number, but I think it was very unprofessional for him to say he might get the cops involved All I asked for was a refund or another night because I feel like I didn’t get what I wanted and I smelt the whole night. The front desk didn’t answer the whole night and he lied that they called back and I didn’t answer very bad customer service. I don’t Recommend they also gave Me two beds that I didn’t ask for
this hotel really does suck. First day the lady gave us a card to somebody else’s room and then we got moved to another room and the shower head was literally missing and then we got moved to a different room and it’s better the front desk lady that’s big with a tight ponytail and old tried to come inside my room while me and my bf were sleeping idek if thats legal if i didnt put on the hatch thing she wouldve gotten inside and saw us sleeping basically naked. She knocked twice and when my bf got up to answer she left and then came back and knocked again and tried to get inside a room we paid for and we got this place for a week and we have been here for two days already. The staff is terrible only nice person working here is a young girl with snake bites the key cards to get in the room never work were constantly going down to the lobby to get it connected again. This place is cheap for a reason I’d give them no stars but that isn’t a choice unfortunately
They don’t even answer the front desk. Not worth the time. I just got to the hotel and the showerhead doesn’t work. I’m trying to reach out to the front desk but no one answers either. This is a problem either I get a refund or another night cause right now I’m very upset reach out to me as soon as possible
Wow, such an amazing extended stay property and staff! They really go out of their way to help you out during your stay. Fur baby friendly! Extremely clean rooms and steep discounts for longer stays. With the current construction on the highway, it can be slightly difficult to come and go from the property, but it is definitely worth it. If you're in town for a few nights or a few weeks, don't miss Woodspring Suites Pharr TX.
Darius or whatever his name was, was 0 help in our situation. Even though we payed for our room after midnight we were denied our room and our refund because they counted it as a no show. Smelled like marijuana and had no one at the front desk for a solid 20 min. Terrible experience for out of towners.
I have been living here for the better part of two months. And I finally just wanna say how AMAZING AND FRIENDLY the staff has been to me this whole time.
I was in a very bad place when I moved in and the feeling of comfort and hospitality that I have had in this hotel has helped me to get to a better place mentally. I truly felt like this was my home after awhile.
Kim, RJ, Suzy, and Dee were probably the only faces I saw for a few weeks and they never made me feel like I was a burden. No matter how many crazy payment schedules I had or how many times I locked myself out of my room. They ALWAYS made sure I could get some rest and sleep at the end of a hard day.
I could not be more grateful for the staff here at the wood springs in pharr. God bless each and every one of them. Thank you for everything
Nothing fancy about the room. Didn't have basic things that you would normally find in a room for example hair dryer, coffee. No front desk person. Blinds were down pretty much the entire time. Beds were thin but if you are tired enough, you will be good. Best thing was location. Only 8 minutes from where we needed to go.
Humidity was killing us!
It was under construction... Vending machines have no lore than 4 options.
The rooms have kitchen, but with out implements, couldn't cook...
