Simply awful. Room floors were dirty when arrived. The manager lady was rude & not knowledgeable about service dogs or therapy dogs. She asked what was my disability. They are not allowed to do this. She decided I need to pay for a pet deposit plus pay for my per daily but she only charged me for 1 dog. Mind you 1 have 2 dogs. They only give you 2 towels for you room, you have to go to front desk everyday for towels. No coffee maker in rooms. Hallways smell like Marijuana & Chinese food throughout the building. Managee was rude and degrading to her staff infront of guests. When power went out, I had to call duke energy about the business having no power. Mind you the power had been out for 1 hour. When confronted She proceeded to call electric company only do to other guests standing there.
Key card reader was out of batteries & I had to ask for them to be replaced so I could get in my room.
Worst experience in my life, nasty place, drug addicts in back parking lots all day all night.. not even worth $1.00 staying here.
I stayed there during recent hurricane management did nothing to get power restored , caused alot of people too checkout because there was no power from 9 pm Tuesday until 5pm wed afternoon but instead people still to make payments on there rooms not caring anything for the safety of seniors who lived on HIGHER floors and couldn't get out so to elevator being shut down days prior. I pay by the month for my room and WiFi and now my wifi has been off and not working but there still going to attempt to charge me for it
The manager dares to open the door, always disrespectful, you never feel at home and it is not recommended that children live there. The manager tries to kick out the family and help me pay for my children. I'll never go again. I give it a 1 star. I feel hurt, the manager insults me, the room is dirty, I feel tired and I move a lot. People told me gossip about the manager about people he and woman martha doesn't respect, they don't like the name Martha. manager trying bad talk scold too. they decide who money pay. but people nice rooms. manager no heart friendly. I wont family go again. family pay other hotel. you will unhappy family hotel. People will demand manager soon.
Everyone at this hotel was great! All the reception people, including the manager, room cleaners and even the maintenance guys were all awesome. I stayed for a whole month. There are a lot of long term residents here, and it seems most of them are in love with a pot head spell, hence the smell of high grade weed throughout the halls which can sometimes be smelled in your room because of the vents.
The only issues were the laundry room; some of the machines don't work and are outsourced, eating your quarters. That vendor needs to do more than come and collect money, like fixing their washers and dryers. The washing machine settings don't work, some dryers don't work leaving your clothes wet. I would just wash my clothes in my room and hang them to dry and keep my money in my pocket.
The staff is excellent! Room is great and the hotel is well maintained. I would recommend to anyone! Best value in the area hands down! Close to shopping and restaurants too! Plenty of parking and the in room kitchen is a nice bonus! Will definitely be back!
I've been staying here for 5 month and GG is the best by far, The Gm is horriable she dosn't no how to talk to people nor the guest, she tell other guest personal buisness to other guest/worker, Im one of those guest she decide to tell my buisness to another guest, and she so unprofessinal she dont know the Privacy Law here in Florida. She speak to people like they are beneath her, and If you write a bad review she will try to get you put out of the property she is a bad person. She in the process of trying to evict me bacause she didnt want to take a partial payment from me. Just beware of coming here.
My stay here was good. The place was clean and tidy. It was also very quiet. I slept comfortable . The staff at the hotel is also awesome and ensured our stay was good. Giovanna was very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is more pillows and more towels and rags in the room. Overall I must say it wasn’t a bad stay and I would most likely recommend this place.
I recommend Woodspring Suites in Clermont if you are looking for a nice super clean and affordable place to vacay in Florida and close to Disney World. The staff here is very friendly and professional and always willing to lend a hands when needed. During my stay here they always made sure my room was equipped with everything I needed and super clean. The management team is awesome. Ms. Martha and Eddie are very friendly and always there to answer questions when needed and made you feel welcomed. My favorite guest service agent GiGi I just can’t say enough about. Every day of my stay she would be there with the prettiest smile greeting each and every guest that walked through that door. I rate Woodspring suites 10 out of 10. It’s safe and affordable and near lots of dining and entertainment.
