Good location for my purpose. Refrigerator wasnt working properly but was replaced with a new one the same day. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, attention to cusomers was important to staff. Would stay again.
You get what you pay for. Booked this hotel for Forbidden Kingdom EDM festival. Was excited to see decent reviews on TripAdvisor. Front desk staff was very friendly - however - upon entering my room, it reeked of bleach. Each room only comes with 2 pillows and they are thin. Bed sheets are thin as well. In our first room, we found bugs on the walls and in the bathroom. I decided to go to the front desk and switch rooms, the staff moved me from my initially booked double room to a single. The new room was much cleaner however bed comfort, and showering space were mid. Overall disappointed in what expectations were vs reality. Overall will not stay here next year when I return to the festival. If your simply looking for a bed to sleep in, this barely meets the satisfactory rating. Also the area is questionable but isnt too sketchy. Lock your doors.
To hotel staff: I strongly suggest you avoid giving rooms that have bug problems to guests. Do your routine exterminator inspections, and put 4 pillows on the beds (they are not comfortable as it is). The property has potential...
The neighbors upstairs are extremely loud. My bed had an old urine smell. There’s cockroaches in the rooms. My blinds were broken so anyone could peak through my room. The fridge was really disgustingly dirty. The ac had a vile smell to them. And did I forget to mention my bed had an old urine smell.
Too many people had access to get in. People who wasn't staying there. Doors slamming all hours. Didn't feel safe.
Me and my boyfriend got a room there and checked in around 11pm. The customer service that night was fine. We got in the room and immediately got hit with a foul smell. We decided to go back and run to the store for air freshener and get our bags. When we got back to the room I decided to take a shower. I opened the curtain and the shower had hair in it. I decided to just rinse it out and I grabbed a towel and there was also hair on the towel. I then decided to not shower because that was gross. I went to the bed and moved the blanket back and there was hair on the blanket as well. I checked under the mattress after that like I always do in hotels. It was disgusting. There was dog hair and roaches all over the bed frame. I killed about 15 roaches just from that. Oh and not to mention the floors were sticky. I was not satisfied and we decided to leave after those events after I went ahead and stripped the bed like I always do for the cleaners. We weren’t sure what to do because the lobby was closed. We left and stayed somewhere else and I came back the next morning to drop off the keys and talk to someone about a refund. She was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I was mentioning my concerns with the room. She then told me to come back that afternoon and I did along with my boyfriend. We stood there for 30 minutes talking to the manager for him to do nothing about it. He brushed off the fact that the room was nasty. He told us he needed to talk to the lady from that morning to see if I was basically telling him the truth about what I had seen. But of course they won’t admit to that because they would loose service. So I’m telling anyone who reads this that unless you are comfortable sleeping in a roach infested and dirty place then you should find somewhere else to stay. I was completely unsatisfied and will never book a room at this hotel again. The customer service sucked as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. Also I really wish I would’ve taken photos to prove it to everyone but I didn’t.
I love it here it is a clean hotel nice staff and great location. The people that work here are great and have met my needs each day. Very friendly guest and easy to get along with I would recommend this place to anyone…………………………………………………………..
Hallway smelled horrible, the elevator smelled horrible and the bed in the room squeaked every time I got on and off of it! They need new beds
Checked in then check out after less than an hour being here!! There is roaches and the toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush.. bed smelled Iike wet funky laundry.. and as u stepped through the main entrance all u smelled was weed and cigarettes!! The lady at the front desk was polite and apologetic. But the hotel is trash!!
