This is one of the worst suites I've been to. Once I walk into the room, the odor of rotten vegetables and sweat punches me in my nose. Not even 20 minutes of me and my family setting down, we spot 2 ROACHES on the stove and in the bathroom. Not only that, but the floors are atrocious. They were sticky and slimy and just horrible. The bathroom smelled like it was just used by someone with lactose intolerance after they drunk 2 gallons of milk and 2 bowls of melted cheese. The beds were dark and damp like they were wet, the pillows felt like wet sandbags, and the telephone here DOESNT WORK. The table and kitchen counter felt sticky and disgusting, once again, the floors were so sticky and dirty, i once used my mop to clean the floor and boy, the other side was BLACK, I'm talking PITCH BLACK. As if this floor hasn't been cleaned in decades. It was horrible I'm telling you. On TOP of this horrible crap show, the internet was the worst I've ever used. It was slow- very slow, I'm talking as slow as a snail moving backwards on a treadmill- It was laggy, and worst of all, they LIED to my FACE after i asked them "is the Wi-Fi okay here?" They told me, TO MY FACE,||"The Wi-Fi here is very good sir!" and started listing reason of how it was good. And I PAID for the PREMIUM PLAN. I can't play a SINGLE game with this internet. Because this water down crappy internet is making me lose every single match. It's not just the internet that is trash here, it's the people. When me and my son got here, they gave us the card, but the card didn't work. So, they had to call someone to open it and give us the cards. When that person came, my son was playing around in front of the door- Mind you he is 5 years old - doing what all kids do. And this disrespectful, malice having, hate filled chinchilla of a man decided to say- and i quote- "Move little sh!t" Under his breath. THEN he came up to me and said i need to get my kid under control. I was absolutely outraged. And it looks like they let anyone in, because I'm pretty sure there was this woman looking at my son in a weird way. She looked homeless. And once I looked at her, she snapped back the opposite way. So, I'm pretty sure they let predators in this place. If you love your children and your vacation here, or if you just need a place to stay, this place IS NOT IT. This place comes close to a prison. Straight trash of a suite.
Let’s see. We switched rooms as soon as we got there because of roaches. The next room was the same. While sleeping I was awakened to a roach about to crawl in my ear. There was dog hair all over our room. They only clean rooms every two weeks. The night before our early morning flight we were kept awake for hours. The individual in the room above us kept banging on something. I literally sounded like construction was going on upstairs. You have to keep a parking paper in your car window. Why? Because they have a routine tow truck that comes every night and tows away cars that are not guest. It’s crazy how there is another WoodSpring Suites like less than ten minutes from this location and it’s the complete opposite of this trashy place.
Room is nice, you get a full kitchen with a full sized fridge, a 2 burner electric stove, and a microwave. Overall, a pretty good room.
What REALLY ruins this place is the black jamaican lady that works at the front desk. shes a god damn racist and is rude to everyone. honestly the WORST part of this hotel.
apart from that...this hotel is fine i guess. the elevator breaks down faster than you can walk downstairs from the top floor. its shameful.
customer service is TERRIBLE whenever you call up Choice Hotels, the supposed "owners" of this hotel. they dont do ANYTHING to help you.
This place was horrible, a motel 6 would shame this place. I changed my room 3 times and it just kept getting worse, them little German roaches are all over the rooms. The tv doesn’t even work, and the ppl who are walking around the property are delinquents.
They have a sign outside that read “we are not responsible for your belongings or damage property in case of a break in”. Only good thing about this place is that is close to the parks. Do not book nothing here.
Good area, rooms and they clean your sheets, towels and blankets. But the gym needs serious cleaning. One day, I went into the gym with my friends and the next morning. We had a colds. A painful one. So yeah, four people caught colds from going inside of that gym. Can't clean the equipment with just towels. Oh another note, the gym is extremely hot and sometimes smells like rotten broccoli. Other than, this is a nice hotel.. Aggressive dogs but it's a nice hotel. I do recommend when you're staying for the holiday. You need key cards to get inside of the building as well.
The only redeeming quality of this dumpsterfire is the location. The rooms have roaches and issues from mold to a non working fan in the bathroom. You can smell drugs(hard drugs) in the hallway. Loud guests all night long. Predatory tow trucks so don't risk having people come over for even 10 minutes. No staff half the time during morni g hours. Have to call for even the most basic of services. Been in other budget hotels that were cheaper and nowhere near as disgusting as this place. 3 extended stays less than 3 miles away all with much better pricing and 2 can confirm from experience are miles better than this dump.
Carl is a good employee, he cleans alot, everytime I see him he's cleaning, and he's respectful and nice. Thank you Carl.
They respond to complaints based on rooms rather quickly, the room is nice, and clean. There workers that work at the front desk are nice.
My complaint is they don't tell you how to pay for wifi, it keeps kicking me off every six minutes, I click a plan, the weekly 14.99, but it never buys it. I can't have more than one device on my wifi, the wifi is pretty slow probably because they're giving me basic wifi instead of premium like I wanted. They gave me a number for the wifi but everytime I call; the people tell me to pay for it at the front desk. I'm honestly just confused.
Nonetheless, I like the place.
My stay at the hotel was amazing ! The manager was my professional and kinda ! The staff there was pleasant and informative of things in the area! My room was spacious and clean ! The price was reasonable and surprisingly affordable for such a nice area! I have stayed there 5-6 times since August and I will be back soon !
