We stayed here because our home air conditioning broke. The check-in was great, though the room left something to be desired. For an extended stay hotel, I would have thought there would be dishes, silverware, and paper towels. One of the queen beds had hair on the sheets, like they had not been replaced since the last guest slept in the bed.
I wish I read the reviews before hand. I was in a bind and chose cheapest best location for my needs. I checke for bed bug didn’t see any. AC vent dirty and not cold enough, too must moisture in the air bathroom and wall so dusty. Sheets are dingy and old the whole room SMELLED BAD I forgot shampoo no vending for toilet tries. You get a bar of soap. Never again
This is a very useless hotel. They treat you nicely when you talk to them on the phone but they extort you every day once you make the mistake of moving in. Room was not cleaned in 3 weeks, corridor is always dirty, bedsheet not changed in 3 weeks!. It is insane!. They picked trash from the corridor and dropped in my room. I have never been so badly treated in my life!. They extort me $10 twice. They won't let me enter the room I paid for after a long day at work because I forgot my card key in the room unless I paid $10. They charge me another $10 for their own mistake.
No sane person runs a business like this. In your own interest, stay away from this trash of a hotel. It is best advice for your sanity.
PICK ANOTHER HOTEL!
THIS HOTEL IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. Would give ZERO stars if possible. If you’re looking to stay at a hotel in Odessa, don’t stay here!! There’s many hotels available that won’t scam you!
My husband was staying at this hotel and had been since Monday.He was forced to pay at check in which has never happened at any other hotel before. He was going to check out Thursday but ended up asking for an extension as his job was extended. They made him pay for two more nights on Wednesday. Upon realizing he only needed Thursday he asked them to cancel the Friday night stay and refund the night (AS ANY OTHER HOTEL WOULD DO THIS). However, the front desk refused to refund Friday night even though he was going to check out Thursday. Never in my life have we been charged at check in, so we already found it extremely off putting, but then to be told the hotel will be keeping his money for a night hes not even staying is outrageous. I’ve spent an hour trying to contact choice hotels and the hotel directly and not ONE person is able to even help with this. My husband travels for work and has never encountered a hotel stealing money from guests!!
NOT ONLY THAT: but whoever manages this hotel is not following the company policy! They are listed as pet friendly for a fee but when you check in the girl at the desks tells you that they don’t allow pets.
The rooms are equipped with kitchens but NO pots/pan/dishes unless you want to go ask the front desk…. NO OTHER hotel with kitchens stores these items at the front. It just shows you how cheap they are and how little they care about maintaining a comfortable stay for their guests.
The manager of this hotel should be fired and I will be taking these complaints to woodspring suites corporate office so they can be made aware of the scammers that work here and the misrepresentation of their company at this hotel.
This has to be one of the Nastiest places I've ever seen in my life, the first night. I couldn't sleep because there were things all over the place. I went to get in the bed and the sheets were stained. And had brown bugs all over the sheets. So I got up and I got to looking around and there. Windows seal is completely broken part from the window. Which in turn is letting bugs in the room. When I finally woke up for getting sleep at 5 o'clock in the morning, I'm sleeping in a chair. I went down to that smoke to her sheep, said well, you don't do refunds, but I'll give you the cleaning supplies and the sheets. And everything else that you might need to get it done yourself. She gave me a container or a spray bottle or somethi mean, that was supposed to help me clean them like that. But it made it worse and it was bikes. Everywhere. I've passed out in the room. I don't know how long but I finally left about 6 o'clock yesterday evening because it was so bad. I slept but I in my car last night and when I call this morning she won't give me a refund. Answers that They will refund one night. Which is completely unacceptable period I've never seen such a nasty place of my life. And if I don't get my full refund I will be soothing. This completely has my face. It's just totally broke out from the sprayer. Whatever it was and my body is full of bumps...
Don't stay here place is duty. If you do stay bring your own cleaning supplies housekeeping is trash.

I was staying at this hotel due to previous suburb and the option that has a kitchen in the room. But the truth is that it is not worth saving 10 or 15 dollars if you are going to receive bad service, including being verbally attacked and discriminated against by the hotel staff. My experience is not based on all the staff, only exclusively on the receptionist who assisted me on February 22, 2024 at 3:30 pm, I describe it this way because unfortunately I do not know her name to report her to the hotel for her mistreatment of me. person, being pregnant does not give you the right to treat people badly. If you think that your hormones alter your character, you should stay home and not be working with the public.
