I absolutely love this location and I come here when I have temp work in Madison or just need to isolate and work on my art. It's located steps from a Walmart,a mall and many restaurants. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice laundry facility and wonderful staff. The price is really perfect and I encourage anyone to come to this particular location for your stay! You won't be disappointed!
This was the cleanest and by far the best hotel experience we have had here in Tennessee. The awesome staff, ( Cynthia, Danny, Stephen and Chris) were all so amazing. Just overall a great place!
Booked a room here for one night in October. We had informed them that we would be arriving late as we had an event in Nashville all evening. When we arrived at the hotel after midnight, we were told that there had been unexpected maintenance and that there was no room for us. We had to call hotel after hotel until we found one that could accommodate us that night on such short notice. We were told we would get a refund, but we never did, and are now having to dispute those charges, which is a lengthy and annoying process. Would not recommend staying here.
Great for the price. Very secure, clean rooms. Only allowed 1 towel per person for the week and 2 pillows per bed.
This place has a lot of people living here. The hallway smelled like majuana or some nasty type food. Mostly the first item. The young man working the desk and I talked about the smell. We were on the 3rd floor and every time I walked out of my room even the first thing in the morning it had that same smell. The floor in room had not been swept very well and the housekeeping personnel didn't even clean out the fridge from the previous people. The young man working the front desk needs a shirt that has you hotel logo on it, we came in late and passed him on our way in if I had known he worked there my check in would have been quicker. I stood in the lobby for five minutes or so then realized that I was suppose to call a number, as I was going to call it, is when he walked back in and asked if I needed to check in.
He was very nice and was able to get us checked in and my little dog as well.
Convenient. We booked for a month due to being in the area for business. However, the room smells like smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. There are splatters all over the wall that I cannot explain and the floor is beyond disgusting. Overall, if you're looking for a clean place to stay, this is not it. You will have to bring your own cleaning supplies. Please believe every review that says that this place is disgusting and that the tenants are sketchy. The hotel itself is conveniently placed, although it is quite rundown. Do not believe the replies from the hotel itself addressing these concerns because they do not care to improve.
Staff was friendly and nice. Rooms was clean and beds was soft. Truck parking bottom of hill mart parking lot.
For now the fourth time in the past I reserved a handicap room in advance and once arrived at destination was put in a non handicapped because they rented it out hours before I arrived to a non handicapped. So, again I was put in another room until something became available (had the same thing happen the last time and when I had a fall that time they refused to get me medical help but sped the process of getting the right room) which three days later I was told one would be ready that afternoon only to later find out that the new manager gave it to someone else that were not handicapped. The next day one was being cleaned and before I could move to it the manager gave it away too. Finally, the clerk got me into room 315 and would you believe it was the same one from the time before even with the chipped paint and dented refrigerator from before with the burnt out light. When it was time to pay for another two weeks, the manager was furious because he had it already reserved for someone else and had to cancel it. Apparently, he cares nothing about the people or the safety or the equal rights laws but how fast he can rent them out. It's a disgrace! You often get build for services you didn't use and they show your final bill but no idea what you paid for unless demanded and you still might be out of luck. The clerk is the best and probably the only reason why it's not getting one star!
