Upon check in to my third floor room, I was notified that the elevator wasn’t working. Myself and two kids lugged our luggage up the three floors. When we got to our room and went to open the door, a roach fell at our feet. Only positive I can say is that they seemed concerned about my complaint and refunded me quickly. I spent $50 more and had a nice stay at the Comfort Inn.
During my 3 night business stay, this is what I can tell you about this Hotel. 1. I'm assuming the front desk person saw that I'm about 25lbs overweight. To look out for my overall health, he put me on the 3rd floor, knowing that the elevator was broken, and I'd have to lug my fat ass up and down 2 flights, each time I came and left.
2. The showers are amazing. Imagine getting peed on by a handful of elderly gentlemen that have issues keeping a constant stream. That is the luxury you will find here.
High-pressure showers that blast you with hot water are so overrated anyway.
3. The Rooms make you feel right at home. Assuming that home smells like your kids washed a couple loads of laundry in a garbage disposal, then left the pile of clothes on the table for a week, wet, and filling the house with the sweet aroma of a musty cave full old rotting bones.
4. The other patrons made me feel like family. If my family was having a reunion on Jerry Springer. It was really only just a handful of time each day that I would hear people screaming, cussing, and threatening bodily harm. Ahhh, the memories.
Anyway... outside of these minor details, it's right up there with the top chains in the country like Motel 6, super 8, and travel lodge.

The place is ok, just a regular hotel, nothing too crazy, but service was AMAZING! I got the pleasure of meeting Brunilda, she cleaned my room and was so nice to me, really friendly and made me feel like home. I also met the young lady at the front, her name is Emily, and she was so sweet and very accommodating without hesitation. I will definitely go back there just because of them.
Room was clean, everything went smoothly. Claude was a saint, very professional and incredibly helpful. Claude was able to help me when I needed new cards to get into the room and everything. Excellent service from Claude, very nice guy, very personable.
The worse hotel, that we’ve been too! This hotel is dirty, roach infested, roaches are falling from the ceiling, roaches everywhere, drawers, bathrooms, underneath the bed! Disgusting!
if you don’t want your houses infested, don’t stay here, we had to leave in the middle of the night because there were roach falling crawling in the bed.
Not to mentioned that management is the worse, nowhere to be found, we’ve been waiting for a refund since November 8 2024, Betty manager has customer service skills, we haven’t gotten no call back, no follow up. The worse experience ever!
if you’re a woman traveling alone please do not stay at this hotel. they claim to care about safety but the lady at the front desk was letting people in with no hotel key cards, or maybe just not noticing they were going in but it is sort of their job to keep an eye on that, not that it matters really as all the doors that are supposed to be kept locked are propped open by wood or trash so anyone can come through as they please. cops were sitting outside just to keep an eye on the place or circling the parking lot. men were stopping to watch what room i walked into and then walking by my room and shouting. bath tub looked filthy, stairwell smelt like pee, we saw dried dog pee in the other stairwell, reading reviews 3 years ago people complained the elevator didn’t work and it still doesn’t work lol, do i need to go on? don’t waste your money.
Great place to get all your meth needs. Ambulance there every morning picking up all the fresh overdoses. I’m really happy they built this place for all the homeless and drug addicts to go to. I enjoy seeing them every day across from my business. Wink news should do a story on this place its a joke. Had a shooting last year in the parking lot. The zombies just migrate back-and-forth from this place to racetrack across the street.
This is the worst experience! I’m here for work and if I could cancel the next few days left without cost I would! The elevator has been broken for who knows how long (I’m on the 3rd floor) blinds don’t cover the windows, AC makes noise all night so can’t sleep, says no dogs but can’t count how many are here, barking constantly. Smell of Pot everywhere, humidity is unbearable in the room. People smoking inside (no smoking), very loud guests yelling and arguing constantly! Extremely rude front desk people! Just a horrible experience!
