Best WLM Reviews
I booked 2 double rooms online and check-in was 3. I arrived sometime after 4 and the rooms were not ready. I wanted rooms as close together as possible but knew it was a possibility of them being apart (which I was ok with). The lady at the front desk did her best to get us rooms as close together as possible and had to call the cleaning crew to see which rooms were ready. She could only give us 1 double and 1 single and at this point I was ready to just get in my room and get a shower and relax as I had spent the whole day moving. When she finally got us booked we went upstairs and when we entered one of the rooms they were still cleaning it and got upset cause she had booked us in there. The one lady cleaning the rooms was rude. The front desk hours are not posted and when I called about towels I got told I had to wait for the front desk to open. The day we were checking out someone's dog pooped in the hall and no one was at front desk to tell them. Definitely will not stay here again.
I’ve been here about 10 months.
Decent rooms fair price friendly staff.
Work is being done to better the hotel
Coming along slowly but nicely
Carpet took out of my room with new floors installed as quickly as possible Im happy with. I like the location as well
This place needs to have a health department visit. They do not clean rooms while you stay, they claim there is a “cleaning program” but that consist of you cleaning your own room and providing your own toilet paper and soaps. Etc.
Very disappointed that my husband talked to manager about his areas of concern and it was never addressed. We stayed for 3 weeks and checked out after not having any service provided to us even after requesting it. The manager was rude and talked down to us. We travel a lot and stay at Choice hotels but this is the first time we have ever experienced such a terrible visit.

It was very depressing to say the least staying here. This hotel property is damaged some of everywhere from inside the hotel rooms to outside. It's not thoroughly, correctly, and properly cleaned either and for the prices that they choose to charge these rooms and the property should and needs to be thoroughly, correctly, and properly cleaned. These rooms are actually only worth about $50 a night and that's with taxes included. Then it's heavily roach infested as well and sometimes you can smell smoke from within the hallways which means certain Guests are still choosing to smoke within this hotel ONLY because the staff is Not on it. Also, they don't open until 9 am in the Morning which is foolery to Me,Smh. America is so evil and wicked that they choose to allow these people to have these filthy, nasty, depressing hotels charging us Adults who are already dealing with a LOT trying to endure this Race called Life, charge "Upscale, Sky- High, Luxury" prices yet we're getting "Thrift store,Goodwill, Downgraded,Scum of the Earth" rooms. All because of their Love of Money and no Love for the Human Race, Smh.
I wish I would have read reviews before booking online. We got to the room and needed up leaving immediately. Everything was absolutely disgusting. Major safety concerns. $70 wasted.
Unfortunately, as my luck would have it, I managed to book the worst hotel available in Murfreesboro, TN.
It wasn't exactly cheap, either.
The pictures I viewed on their website and across multiple third-party booking sites showed a clean, straightforward, decent-looking hotel with a few basic, studio-style rooms at a rate that wouldn't break the bank.
Or so I thought.
I was in desperate need for some sleep after a very terrible trip combined with a drastically depressing attempt to get to Bonnaroo Music Festival, just a few miles away from Murfreesboro.
I had been searching the web for a place to crash all day, and found nothing but astronomical prices for any hotel with rooms still available within a 100 mile radius.
So I went for it.
What I got instead was some of the worst service and the most disgusting hotel room I have ever paid over $100 for.
The smell of the hotel, ESPECIALLY the third floor, the parking lot, and the guest room I felt detained in, was nauseating.
It was ALMOST enough for me to walk straight back out of the door, even with no other options for a place to stay and the fact that I would probably end up losing the money for the room since I booked through a third-party.
(I checked their policy, though: you had to cancel before 24 hours to get a refund. Also, I tried to contact the front desk as well as their corporate number and received no answer. I figured I was probably out of luck. I really didn’t want to sleep on the street or roam around all night. My options were limited.)
The smell is probably largely due to the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel as well as an extended stay. from what I saw, most of the guests seemed to have taken up residency and had multiple animals in their rooms that were nowhere near trained.
A woman was taking her dog outside on the elevator while we were going up to our room. She told us to watch out for the puddles of urine that her dog left in the elevator and all throughout the hallway down to our room. Of course, given my luck, her room was right across from ours.
To make a bad situation worse, the woman at the front desk did not seem to care about her job whatsoever.
I called the office at least 500 times in another failed attempt to notify the hotel about the UNACCEPTABLE state of the guest room I was assigned:
????Used, stained, unmade sheets/bed
????Dirt, cigarette ashes, & filth all over the floor
????Disgusting smell
????Dirty sink, microwave, fridge, & shower
????Dog urine all over elevator & hallway
????The list goes on and on
I never received an answer.
Granted, there was only one young woman working the entire hotel, but she didn’t answer the phone when I was trying to book the room before I got there, she didn’t answer WHEN I got there to check in (I eventually found her outside smoking in a pickup truck with a couple of other people who, I figured out later, didn’t work there,) or when I called from the room phone over the course of an hour.
What does she get paid to do, exactly?
Finally, I went downstairs to find her again. I knocked on the office door - No answer. (Big surprise!)
I decided to try all of the surrounding doors and hallways.
Finally, after I tracked her down and somewhat explained the situation, she replied a hesitant, “I’m sorry.”
Then, she proceeded to hand me a broom, dustpan, and 2 clean sheets- no pillowcases/pillows/blankets/towels….
The point is, she did NOTHING. And there was no one else to help me or talk to about this.
I could go on and on.
But I think you get the point.
If there is ANYWHERE else that you can stay, I would highly suggest looking into those options before you end up suck at this one.
The smell alone will haunt you.
Positive: I was able to find a room the same day in the area I was in and for a decent price within my budget. There was no line when I checked in. Negative: The room was disgusting. The sheets were stained/used, the bed was not made, floor was not swept. The entire 3rd floor REAKED of pee including inside my room. I asked the desk for new sheets and a broom, which I was handed. Never again.
Nasty stuck hair mold behind the faucet, toilet seat severely loose and the phone in the room didn't work . I was there for five days and had to ask 3 days in a row for these issues to be fixed and they were never attempted to be fixed at all. Checked out and went somewhere else, hotel is a ghetto dump with folks hanging out in the parking lot all during the day and night. I dont know what it is but the two worst WoodSpring Suits I have stayed in have both been in Tennessee with the other in Chattanooga.
