Easy enough to find as a choice to partially recover from an invasive medical exam needed for pre-op. That's about it. Rooms have seen better days. Hot water is not hot, more like tepid and staff are banging in your door before 9am, asking if you are staying or checking out at 11. Horrible and unprofessional! I'm glad I only had to stay for one night. I'll be staying elsewhere more quiet, functional and respectful when it comes time for my recovery after my needed surgery.
The hotel will make a copy of you ID which normal. Upon check out I requested the copy made back. As the clerk looked for it I couldn’t help but notice the stacks of IDs they have stored. This is not a good practice but shady hotels do this. I do not recommend staying here.
Don't expect to get any sleep as people are loud, inconsiderate and slam every door they encounter. Talking right outside your room. Rooms have a weird funky smell.
My last time sleeping at this place I use to love coming here and getting my room it was fair priced now they charging more the front desk is getting worse they never have any room clean or ready when i reserve one over the phone not realizing the people over phone tell me once I reserve my card will be charged and I can't cancel it it smells like weed my last visit room was infested with roaches this place is bad that's only 3 pics they were everywhere
I was moving and had booked a room for a couple nights and wasn't able to check in until late that night and they were able to accommodate me and my family with a pet.Then while I'm still looking for another place to stay ,the general manager and his staff has been real friendly and very helpful with me if I have to extend my stay here until I'm able to find another place to stay.I just want to thank them for there generosity and my family extend there generosity as well.I would definitely recommend giving these guy a stay.
I have stayed here going on 9 months and I can't say enough positive things about it. The staff is very kind and thoughtful. Rooms are decent sized and the cost for a full kitchen room is pretty affordable. Tevan is the manager and he's a really good person. He'll bend over backward to help a guest out. I would definitely stay here again.
Only get 2 pillows per bed.
Cleaning ladies only come once every two weeks.
No ice machine.
Internet & tv cuts in & out.
The whole building even our room has a smell but it could be many reasons. People cooking there might be one of them. The Spanish lady at front desk was super professional. But the other guy has attitude problems. I went to extend for another day all he had to say was yes we can do it or not we can't. Keep it professional. He scold me like a little girl but I stayed quiet. Other than that my room seem clean. Plenty of parking and close to everything. You are not getting a deal in this hotel they don't even give you coffee and there is not an area to sit downstairs. I found a cheaper better hotel. Just try different ones
