Best WLM Reviews

The stay here has been such an amazing experience for me. Jessy, one of the front desk staff members, has definitely showed me the way that she is so dedicated and helpful while at work. Her attention to details is superb and her customer service and communication towards guests is beyond my expectations. She definitely shows managerial skills! The cleanliness is great and love this hotel.
Stayed here for a business trip and the girl working the front desk (Jessy) was wonderful! She was very attentive and had wonderful customer service. I honestly assumed she was the manager and was shocked when she told me she wasn’t. I definitely recommend moving her up in position she was awesome and made my stay the best.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an average experience. The room was clean and the staff was average when arrived at night, but there were a few issues that prevented me from fully enjoying my stay.
The biggest problem was the temperature in the room at night. It was extremely cold, and to make matters worse, there were no extra blankets or covers provided. I was surprised to find that the bed only had a thin sheet, which wasn't enough to keep me warm.
Aside from this, the hotel was decent. The location was convenient, and the amenities were standard. However, the lack of warmth and comfort in the room made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared for a chilly night's sleep. Perhaps bringing your own blanket or requesting extra covers would be a good idea.
Clean room, convenient location
Very cold room at night, no extra blankets or covers provided
It took the front desk 10 minutes to arrive at check in. The room stunk of cigarettes. Non smoking ha ha ha. What a lie. There was body hair on the bathroom counter. Pillow had weird stains. This room felt dirty overall. Blanket was paper thin. Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL
Okay so I stayed for an entire week soon as I got in the room one of the hot spots for the stove wasn’t working ( mind u never got that fixed) and there was a huge hole in the bathroom door like as if someone punched it I immediately informed the front desk so I would not be held responsible… then I only had 1 towel n 2 wash cloths but they eventually gave me another. When I sent the sheets down to be washed never got the comforter back since the 3rd day. So, I just used my own that I had… we also didn’t know theirs entire separate fee for a fully REGISTERED SERVICE DOGS which I showed all my paper work for and a deposit for just staying that the hotel period. Only thing I can say was that the customer service was okay besides the young lady in the mornings early early morning was excellent she’s very nice and well mannered and the guy everyone else acted as if they didn’t wanna be there or care to be there. And, with the hotel being right by the expressway. But everything was a little far out …. So yea for all the money I paid I ready don’t feel it was worth it. I would’ve rather Motel 6 at least they would’ve saved me 328$ in fees on top of what I paid. Not too mention still have yet to receive my deposit back yet and I checked out Sunday on time. And it’s now Tuesday almost Wednesday. Smh
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had where do I start. First when you enter the extend stay you will be hit with distinctive smell Air freshener with a bad odor throughout the extended stay. Second the staircase animal feces, hallways animal feces. Third rooms also have a distinctive odor. refrigerator rust spots, bathroom fixtures such as the toilet loose and not clean, rust on light fixtures, Bed bugs. Last thing you might get lock out every day saying you have A balance but you paid in full so they have to reprogram your key card every day and apologize for the inconvenience, and when you check out they still tell you you owe the balance, even though you got the receipt where you paid in full.
From the roaches inside the cabinets and bathroom and outside in the hallways to the smell of the hotel to the garbage cans overflowing only one eye worked on the stove cigarette burns everywhere in the room but is listed as non smoking. This place was the worst ever, then the fire alarm went off three times during the middle of the night they advertise fully stocked kitchen and they don’t do that anymore just never took it off the website I’m glad the manager gave me a refund but I don’t recommend this hotel unless it’s your last resort.
The woodspring here on 117 avenue and 160th is a very nice, quiet and very affordable spot. It’s an extended stay so it’s best if you need somewhere to stay for a week or so. The staff is great as well. Especially the manager Rudy super nice and super super hospitable very welcoming. Very professional, very professional and highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay for a couple days or an even month or a couple months.
