So we made reservations for two rooms and got charged! We spoke to the Manager about arriving late we where driving in from Florida. We get to the hotel front desk is closed. I was told by the manager to pick up the phone that’s on the wall at the entrance and someone would assist me with my check in, my card was charged for two rooms. Well no one ever picked up the phone to assist me and I end up having to book two rooms elsewhere. Next day I speak to the manager and she tells me it was the employees fault, they would refund me my money well here I am 2 and a half weeks later waiting on that refund. Still having to deal with this manager. Please avoid yourself from this horrible place I will never use this hotel anywhere let alone recommend it.
I have to edit my review, I checked in today and Jacob at the front desk was more than amazing and super nice. This hotel exceeds all of my expectations. I've been to a lot of hotels but this one is by far the best.

Thanksgiving 2024. We called and scheduled this with office 2weeks or so ahead of our stay. ARRIVED day of Thanksgiving NO ONE at desk to let us in. We had to call to staff room and tell them we was here to check in. Got up to the floor after 11pm it was SO FREAKING DIRTY. Called and no answer. Went down stairs the next day the women was so freaking RUDE. We have 4ppl in the room and they only gave us 2 big towels. Did want to give us towels for the other two ppl in the room. Then asked so when do yall clean the rooms. Cause they nasty. She said they clean them every other week. I'm like what. Thats pretty Fd up. This is nasty... the sink in the bathroom was leaking no one cared they just let it leak. Spoke to the lady the next day she was nice but did even say how can we help u make your stay better or anything. OVERALL NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL MY FAMILY STAY THERE. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE PEOPLE
0/5 stars if I could but 1/5 because I had to. I never leave reviews but this place warranted one. It was absolutely disgusting. I was in town for school and the school got this hotel for me. I took one look and immediately checked out. The mattress is stained with who knows what. There was dog and human hair in both the sheets and the mattress. No liner between the sheet and the mattress. Entire place including the room smelled musty. Whoever is saying this place is okay has got to be lying or blind.
One of the front desk people, Nina, came to my room and woke me up. I work 3rd shift as a travel nurse. She accused me of smoking in my room, which I did not do. The elevator in the building reeks of Marijuana, so I'm sure people do smoke in there, but I do not. She came back and very rudely told me I had to vacate by the next day. My reservation was for 3 more months, and I'd already stayed 3 months prior. I paid up front a week at a time. She also told me I was not going to be credited for the 4 days that were already paid, which I fully intend on pursuing. She should take a communication class before dealing with guests. Also, there's no staff outside the hours of 9am and 10pm. There are questionable people hanging out in the parking lot all night and cars pull up to them have a brief exchange and then leave all night long, so who knows what they're out there exchanging. There's also a few women "working" from the parking lot all night long.
Positive: It was clean Negative: For the amount of the room it was not worth it! They didnt give you extra towels, Kleenex, paper towels since it has a kitchenette, no plate, pot or anything. Priced like Extended Stay with no amenities, very poor!
This is the worst hotel. The room has a bad smell, and the bed has not been changed. Hair is on the bed. There was no phone in the room, and the receptionist told me when I checked in that there would be no one at the front desk until tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
This place is disgusting. We only stayed for one night and I would never stay here again. There is stuff (idk what it is) on the ceiling and walls, there's hair on the floor in the bathroom, they put a car air freshener in the lamp?, broken dirty blinds and no curtains and the entire place stinks. When we asked for extra pillows they told us they didn't have any.
