While I was there it was great. Had no issues other than the people above me being noisy. The entire staff Tamika, Marco and Mike were great. The gentleman who does the maintenance was great. The Housekeeping staff kept the building extremely clean and it always smelled so Good. There were no people hanging out. I felt very safe and secure the entire time I was there. It's a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. I hated to hear that it was being sold and would soon be closing????????. I personally don't think that the OWNER REALLY APPRECIATED their staff who kept that place going. If it wasn't closing and if I needed somewhere to stay, I would most definitely go back to this one. I REALLY LOVED MY TIME THERE????????❤️
Everything looks very dated and neglected, lots cockroaches everywhere. I didn't feel safe unpacking my suitcase. Unfortunately I have to wait for my stay here to end but I would not return to this hotel.
This hotel receives a great review from me because of Tamika and Marco and Mike! The owner does not support his staff. The things that get done here are because of the three listed. Ownership should really do a better job taking care of his people, the tenants, and guest. He needs to upgrade the appearance of the property and answer when reports are made for stoves to be fixed. He does not seem to operate as a person who loves all the people who keep this business afloat. I pray the heavenly father provides what these people need no matter what it cost the owner.
Don't stay here if you're from out of town or have a newer car - If you're reading this - you've been warned ????
My car was stolen here, there's broken glass all over the parking lot, no security. I don't feel safe here, at Planet Fitness next door, there's broken glass littered everywhere, this isn't a good area at night. It been a nightmare staying here, I've had to rent a car at the airport, they don't have security cameras in the back, the management knows this is going on.
I have been staying here for a some time now just to get a piece of mind from personal life. The noise is somewhat aggravating but is expected when people have children. Some guest could be more considerate of others and their works hours though. Better measures can be taken to control the insect problem but again all guest can’t be monitored all the time. Maintenance, housekeeping and the over night service are excellent and have great customer service. My only thing would be a more consistent housekeeping schedule. My worst experience throughout my entire stay has been with the front desk clerk Asia. She is rude, loud, disrespectful, inconsiderate and unprofessional!! She likes to get loud with people in front of other guest discussing personal information! She makes assumptions on people’s lives and their reasons for living here. Several times she has tried to overcharge me and had to be corrected! She made a comment on a personal phone call while barely assisting me that she couldn’t stand these people, how she was sick of dealing with customers and was ready to get her real estate license so that could leave this job. That’s very unprofessional and should not have been discussed in front of guest! Furthermore she should have put her call I hold or ended it to conduct business. It has gotten to the point where I would rather pay a late fee instead of dealing with her if she’s at the front desk! The manager has an attitude as well but has gotten better within my stay here. The doors hardly work at all and people hang out all times of night! I work at night so it’s very frustrating and unsafe for me to be standing outside trying to get the door open repeatedly. Then having to walk around to every door until one finally decides to open!!
My stay was relaxing, peacefully quite. The room I rented had a lot of space for my luggage an things. The views from my Window which was on the third floor was nice as well. Watching the air planes go overhead landing at the airport directly behind was a great experience all in it's self which I enjoyed. Saved on the wallet as well. The staff are humble an respected each an everyone I witnessed.

The room was nice but I must say the service and cleanliness was a fail. I saw roaches , yes I said ROACHES. I went to the front desk requesting a new room since I had already paid cash for it. She then stated she had only 3 rooms left for the night but they where under reservations. The lady had the nerves to give me bug spray and say she see roaches in here rooms from time to time , I asked about my money back I was told to come Monday to see the on site manager! Do NOT get a room here ....
Was treated with the most up scale respect, little overboard with wearing a mask but understandable with COVID disease. Felt safe which is so important with crime these days. Everyone including maintenance genuinely treated us well. Thank you. Thought our stay was to be longer but my husband's job changes often. Sad to leave but hopefully Tamika, maintenance along with the security staff get recognized for a job well done.
