My family and I were traveling for my niece's birthday. We were very tired from the long drive. It was raining very hard. My family and I were all wet. Thanks to Leesha for helping us get checked in and helping us to dry off. Leesha also made sure we found our room. Special thanks to Leesha and the rest of the staff for their kindness. Our room was very clean and spacious for my family and I.
The front desk staff is very kind and willing to listen. I had a very, very cozy stay the beds are so soft and the pillows feel like clouds. I also felt very safe because it is a building that you cannot get in unless you have a card. I will definitely be returning for my next vacation and the next and the next.
The current day and night shift front desk workers are amazing. They are genuinely very friendly, have a great attitude, and accomodate your needs very quickly. My non-smoking room is clean and more than good enough.
I had a great experience staying at WoodSpring Suites! The front desk staff, especially Casondra, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Even late at night, she was so helpful, assisting with extra towels and anything else I needed. The hotel was clean, the management was excellent, and the service exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with my stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend!
The rooms are nice and clean beds sleep real good and it's nice and quiet to where you can get some rest and not have kids running and jumping all times of night. Great parking area and lots of things to do around you. And for people staying for long periods of time and working long hours there are places where you can drop off your clothes and get them washed and pick them up the next day according to what time you drop then off it could possibly be the same day.
I lived here for 2 years, first year was great, the manager Brittani was amazing. Since she has left, mgmt has changed every 3-4months. And with that comes hassel and frustrations. Staff is rude, they violate policy when they please for example-towed my car for no reason and now kicked us out because our cooking was "offensive". But it's ok for junkies to get wasted in the stair wells and pass out every weekend.
I recently stayed at WoodSpring Manassas. The front desk staff was friendly and made sure our stay was excellent. Sandy Griffin checked us in and I greatly appreciated her. Rooms were clean bed were comfy and peace and quiet! I will choose this location on my next get a way.
Very nice and friendly manager and employees !!! They make it so nice to stay here! We love it. Nice caring staff and will go out of their way to help every one that is staying here. Very helpful and kind to everyone. Always going beyond measures
