On 11/08/24 I was put in room 111 and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Jasmine said she would change me to a different room and the man said “No, I’ll fix the toilet”. I requested they move me before I picked up my dog and unloaded my car. The hotel was sold out and did not have a room to move and would call when a room was ready on 11/09/24. She gave me “the good plunger” to use. On 11/09/24 no one called me to change rooms. On 11/10/24 after getting tired of toilet water splashed on me I spoke with Rocky. He moved me into 106 but could not give me the key yet. I told him that I could not pick up the key until 6-7pm. I did not get back to the hotel until just after 7pm. I was distraught and in tears because of really bad news. I went to the front desk to get the keys to 106 and Jasmine asked me what was wrong. I was so upset I could barely speak and said I wanted to go home and was stuck there because the hotel does not give refunds. She asked it if was an emergency, offered to check me out so that I could go home, and she would allow a refund. I thanked her and said I would not be leaving until 6am because of a 14 Hour drive back to Texas. She said okay, checked me out that night, gave me a receipt that said how much I paid for the room, and another that said how much my refund was. She said that if I didn’t receive a refund in 7-10 days to call Rocky and then gave me his card. On 11/11/24 at 9:20pm the front desk called asking me what room I was staying in. I told them that I had checked out of the hotel last night and was gone. That person was shocked and said “You didn’t even stay last night?” I replied “Yes, I stayed the night but I left early just after 6am and put the keys on the counter.” That person said “That makes sense. Thank you because I did not want to check someone into your room and wanted to make sure what room you were actually in.” Someone was checked into my room so I know the hotel did not lose any money after I left. A week passed and I did not receive a refund I attempted to call the hotel on 11/18/24 at 9:12am and placed me on hold. I called back the next day on 11/19/24 at 9:15am. Someone answered told me to call back after 9am. I told them it was 9:15am and they said “REALLY?” and then asked me to call after 9:30am. I waited and called back at 9:52am and spoke with Rocky, the GM. I explained that I was told by Jasmine to call back after 7-10 days if I had not received a refund. He told me that they do not refund anyone and I signed at check-in agreeing to this. I told him Jasmine made an exception due to an emergent situation of which I explained in detail. I even told him to view the surveillance cameras. He told me that he would need to speak with Jasmine and he would call me right back. I never received a return call. I attempted to call the hotel again on 11/20/24 at 10:13am and the phone rang and no one answered. I left a voicemail for Rocky asking for the status of my refund and provided my information. On 11/21/24 I called customer service and spoke with Ren. He called the hotel to speak to the GM, who was not there. He spoke with Cody who told Ren it would take 7-10 days for the refund. It’s now 12/03/24 and I have still not heard back from the GM and do not have the refund I was promised. Verbal contracts are just as binding as written ones. Ignoring a situation instead of handling it hoping I will go away is appalling. Imaging going on vacation and having to be your own plumber to unclog the toilet for three days! Imagine having to change clothes every time you use the toilet because you end up with your own waste splashed onto your clothes because of this! Imagine disrobing after the first day so black water splashes on your body instead of your clothes and having to jump in the shower EVERY TIME! Finally, imagine being on vacation and a tragedy occurs in your family and the hotel tells you that you will receive a refund, sells your room, then decides to ignore you!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Frankly, I should be receiving a full refund due to all of this but I just want what I was promised.
It says that friendly, my second day there I was informed my cats were not welcome unless I have another deposit. I was paying cash in between moves going through a bad break up needing a place for a couple of days. They’re also certified animals. Was told the manager of the property does not like cats. The two ladies at the front desk are super nice. Also, it is extremely loud with people coming and going all hours of the night. I would not recommend this place for anyone with children, any family or anyone not need that situation. The rooms are the blankets on the bed. Kind of sheets I wound up going to much nicer hotel. They had no questions asked about my pets if you’re needing somewhere for a few days and you have animals, I recommend the La Quinta on Bowles and 470. It’s $50 more a night and the accommodations are worth $100 plus more night. Again, the ladies at the front desk were amazing the gentleman that runs the place should probably take down pet friendly because if you’ll take a miniature horse and dogs, but you won’t take a cat I question your logic, especially on the miniature horse thing like really also, there’s people just hanging out all hours outside. I didn’t personally feel safe there..
The Internet if horrible and doesn’t work. The free or paid version. Yes I called customer service and did all the said. Guess I have to work in my car.
In response to the “General Manager” if you want to call him that. He never responded to multiple requests to speak with him. And I did use your 3rd party vendor and tried your Internet multiple times. I didn’t have time to keep calling them when it wasn’t helping the issue. Do YOUR job.
I have contacted your Property Ownership. And filed a complaint.
We stayed at WoodSpring Suites in Littleton and our experience was great! My large family was looking for a hotel at 4am calling at least 20 with no luck for an open room! I called WoodSpring Suites and the two ladies at the front went ABOVE and BEYOND to make room for our family! Our stay was great, it was quiet, clean and the staff was all friendly and extremely helpful! The only thing I could say is that the hotel could do well with adding heavier blankets for their beds. They are thin and we got cold through the night. That is my only “complaint.” We would be happy to stay here again if we are in the area!
Second stay at a woodsprings, first time was fire alarm at two in morning 45 minutes in parking lot. This stay at littleton colorado was due to us having family transferred for an emergency to Swedish Medical in Englewood. Only after charging my CC were we informed the elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. Room was clean, walls and floors very thin, so can hear everything, neighbors, road, etc…. so no sleep. Then to top it off, maid came and to door @10:15 to tell us we need to leave, we were going to extend, but maid insisted we have to leave by 11am checkout time. Do not recommend stay here if you need sleep or have open ended plans.
I am very pleased with my experience so far, the front desk is incredibly helpful and kind. My room has been very accommodating to my needs and is extremely comfortable. Big thanks to the front desk and I will be booking again in the future!

Shannon at the front desk deserves to be the general manager of this hotel her professionalism is outstanding. Her attitude is extremely refreshing and she handles situations with the utmost of care.
