When first going into my room, it was clean and maintained very well. The price is very affordable and well within my budget. This place also allows pets, and for anyone who might need to bring a pet, this is the place for you. There is also laundry on-site. The staff is very friendly and always polite.
IF I could give this hotel no stars I would. It was late one night and my water heater sprung a leak. Should have never let them boyfriend be in charge of finding a room but for 3 nights stay at around 300 was a complete disaster. 1st off we checked in late, at around 2am. The room was so gross, toilet was dirty, black curly hair all around it and in towels, and behind doors along with rice grains. The only thing I can say was clean was the fridge. They don't have a complimentary breakfast because apparently they offer kitchenette in their rooms but you have to purchase any thing from cups to cookware to utensils you have nothing in there at all.
I had to clean everything myself and when I went down to ask for a broom and dust pan and towels (at the time unaware of who she was) I asked and the woman (who ended up being the manager and never addressed herself as one nor did she offer any discount or apology) for more towels she said I had to purchase more I'm like what? I've got dirty towels because I checked into a filthy room and had to clean it mysld
Was told I could check in late. The clerk took 15 minutes to finally appear after calling the requisite number. Was told on the phone it would be $106.00 but when we checked in it turned out to be $158.00. What a surprise! The room was clean but the tv didn’t work. Would not recommend this hotel!
The room was clean, and they're pet friendly, but the stay was miserable. When other guests slam their doors at 4AM, the doors rattle like someone is trying to enter. There is also no noise cancelation between floors, and you can hear every movement of the guests above you, especially if they move the furniture across the room at 1AM. This has the potential to be a very nice stay if you're lucky enough to have other guests be courteous.
This is a smoking hotel. Every morning when I woke up and used the restroom there was a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes. I guess the vents in the restrooms are connected. Check out time is 11:00 am and two different men knocked on the door and asked when would I be checking out. I politely told both at the time of check out. I wrote a review earlier and said that it was a sketchy hotel my bad it actually appears to be a meth hotel. I will never spend another dime there. I guess if you are homeless it is a wonderful place if you’re not you may as well spend a few more dollars to be in a comfortable place. You get what you pay for.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
The manager "Tina" is rude, condescending, arrogant, and will quote rates that I had no idea where she got them from. I was there for work and had planned to stay at the property the entire time but after 4 weeks, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Tina, you will have to find someone else to pay for your nice white BMW.
There were five washers in the laundromat however, only two were working while I was there. The facility is pet friendly and there was dog poop all around the property. Just want you all to be aware of what you're getting if you stay at this particular location. SMH.
I have been staying here for a couple of weeks and there was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs room. I spoke with the young lady in the front very respectfully, but I can tell you this the rudest person ever very disrespectful as well. I even asked her why are you being so rude to me she didn’t even reply.
Be aware that this is a 2 star hotel based on the amenities. I am very pleased that they keep the prices low and I have been prepared to bring things that I needed. The doors of the rooms tend to slam if you don't hold them because they are on a Spring hinge. Not everybody realizes that. I feel that part of the wonderful cleanliness of this place is because they did not use carpet. This keeps the smells very fresh throughout the building. The laundry room is huge and offers a credit slot for plastic if you do not have quarters. But if you did need quarters the front desk will give them to you if you have cash. The Mini kitchen is perfect with a full size refrigerator. Last but not least, the staff has been very friendly like an extended family. I definitely would recommend this place and the location is good. It is near main roads, fuel, storage, groceries and restaurants.
