If I could give a negative star for the front office staff hours of operation I would. This is a cheaper hotel, so it looks like a great choice when traveling. But you better have some good timing, office staff is not available all the time. My husband waited 45 minutes to try to get ahold of a staff member to check him in, never got ahold of staff on the phone as they instruct you to do. Thank goodness the maintenance man is very pleasant, he happened to walk by and checked him in after waiting about 50 minutes with no luck. Also make sure that you bring some shoes to wear while in the room, floors are about as dirty as the shoulder of the highway. Without shoes you can get into the bed and turn the sheets black from the dirty floor.
Clean,comfortable room & convenient location. Can not say enough good things about Floyd at the check in desk. I have my share of dingy moments, as I did at check in. He's so sweet & helpful. Great attitude for his position. Customer service, the best is Floyd. He's an asset you want to have
Most uncomfortable hotel I've stayed at and I've traveled 100s of times in the last 10 years or so. I ONLY came here because all other options were booked and I needed to make last minute travel arrangements.
The hotel stinks, it's a weird stink and can't describe it. The bed is awful and terrible. Uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in I knew I needed to run to Walmart to buy my own sheets, pillow, towel. I removed theirs immediately I don't trust they're clean at all. The place is cheap I know, but that doesn't justify the stink, uncomfortable bed, and the strange vibe here.
Good place good prices. Just needs a little bit more cleaning and would be 4 star. Staff has great attitudes and guest were also nice. Elevator is close by entrance for easy luggage transport to room. Shower has good hot water. Pressure could be turned up slightly. I did have a electric problem with the bathroom light. I would have to flick it about 25 times for it to come on and it kept making the reset button on the outlet pop. And the remote did not work. Other than that it was okay
So I have been here a week so far and just extended my stay for 5 more nights. I did read the reviews before I came here. I realized that most of the negative ones were left by people who were simply looking for something to gripe about.
Having said that..the front desk staff is simply top notch. My room was clean however it smelled faintly of fried food. No big deal. The water pressure is great. The hotel is quiet. The a/c will absolutely freeze you out.
Is it luxury accommodations? No. Its basic. Its a place geared towards short term housing mainly for workers and whatnot.
Housekeeping is done every 2 weeks. If you want clean linens more often there's an on site guest laundry.
I have enjoyed my stay here so far and will return if work brings me back to the area
The management is very rude and they seem to cater to a certain type of customers that make the place even worse than knights Inn in my opinion. And after checkout the woman that was the manager on shift the morning I checked out tried to make numerous false charges to my bank account totaling over $4,500 and when I called to inquire about it she got hostile and denied trying to bill my account for the charges at first then tried to accuse me of causing extensive damages to the room. Very unprofessional and I will never stay at this place again and would never recommend it to anyone.
Although the room was clean and had an actual kitchenette, the bathroom door didn't latch, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work.
They also only have one luggage cart that was constantly in use, so we had to make multiple trips to the car. Although not a deal breaker, it was very inconvenient.
I have been here for over a year and have had nothing to complain about. We had a small hiccup when we first arrived, which was weather related and out of the hotels control. They took care of us with no problem, promptly moved us to another room.
The rooms are very comfortable
No bugs which is a huge plus, each bed is fully enclosed with a water proof covering.
Full fridge, microwave and two burner stove ( bring your own cookware)

Will provide weekly clean linens and towels if requested.
Will provide maid service if requested.
