Best WLM Reviews
I travel for work and almost exclusively stay at Extended Stay America's.
This is one of if not the worst one I have stayed at. Check in is terrible, your lucky to even get somebody to check you in.
My card didn't work one night so I came to the front desk and it was closed, I used the phone and called for an hour before having to call the customer service line to finally get into my room.
The whole place smells poorly. The whole room is dirty. Dirty sheets. Dirty fridge. Dirty towels. Dirty sinks.
I had hair on all of my "fresh" towels.
I made a reservation through the call center at first and it was a little tricky but we figured it out! This hotel is really clean. The staff are amazing! So kind hearted and understanding. It felt really good to lay in a bed after being on the road for 3 days straight! There's even a 24/7 laundry room on site and pet friendly! Definitely spreading the word about this amazing place!
The guy Larry at the front desk is very helpful he’s kind and very welcoming he made me and my family feel very comfortable, when ever we needed anything he’s right there getting it for you I appreciate that very much ! Would recommend this place
Where do I begin? While we checked in, another person came up to the counter and said their card didn't work. Without any firm of verification, the desk person just asked what room number and reprogrammed it.
Then, we were given a room. When we got to the room, the key card worked but the door didn't open because it was locked from the inside - WE WERE GIVEN SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM!
We went back to the front desk and we were given another room that the front desk person checked was empty first. That room had a smaller than expected bed and the kitchenette didn't have working burners.
When we checked in, we inquired about hair dryers and the response recieved was similar to "no, why would we have those?"
The halls on the first floor smelled unpleasantly different every few feet. Like wet dog, then smoke, then more wet dog.
This place was booked via the Extended Stay America web site. After this experience, we will never stay at an Extended Stay America property again!
My say was 3 months.
Horrible service for the price. Larry is a horrible he should not be allowed to interact with the public. Angel does a good job. The rooms have roaches. If you want the room clean I recommend cleaning them yourself. They have lingering smells from the air even after cleaning the air filter.
Stayed here for about a month, the place is filled with crack heads, the vending machines are out of order, the coin machine for the washer and dryer does not work, people are constantly smoking in their rooms when it is clearly supposed to be smoke free and all you can smell is weed. The management is ridiculous and give out threats for dogs, cops are there every few days because another crack head does something. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay, also the sheets and towels are stained and dirty.
The entire hotel had a horrible smell, extreme mildew. My room smelt horrible, thank goodness the window opened a crack so I could breath better. There were many roaches. The sheets in one bed had a few different hairs in them, and the towels had hairs and random things on them as well. The remote had never been cleaned as it had dried, moldy food on it. floor was greasy. The front desk guy was nice, but they do close their front desk so I don’t know how late check ins work.
Staff can at times be extremely rude and at others be extremely nice. The sign says one thing and upon questioning why I was charged so much more for a added week than the week before without notice I was told to only put for the day it would cost 220 a night when the sign literally states half that. They went from 65 per weekly rate to 75 weekly rate dispite what the sign states. There are no house hold dishes for the kitchen as the website site states. There is only one employee that actually stays at the front desk when working. And she is probably the most professional employee here. I called to speak to corporate and had a whole bunch of different people ask the same questions and get the whole situation just to say its the wrong department. I'm not one for bad reviews but this expensive hotel is clearly a over priced V.A. attending place that over charges regular guest. With no ammenidies. There is consistently trash right out side all exit doors. The floors are covered in trash and you can smell urine from animals all the time. This is more of a over charged studio apartment complex than a hotel
