I have been staying at this hotel for a little over a month and it’s been a GREAT experience! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. It’s quiet, clean and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a long term stay. I also love how they don’t let anyone but the residents of the hotel inside. They are confidential with your room number and make sure strangers or anyone outside of their residents aren’t just roaming around the rooms. So glad I chose to stay here with my family!
Right on time for what my family needs at the moment while we transition from one house to another. Great staff on hand and available day or night. Always helpful with any need or concern. The location and reasonable price helps with not missing any steps with school and work for us and Right in the heart of all our favorite shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for all that may need...5 STAR SERVICE AT A DISCOUNT....
Roaches everywhere, room is dirty, furniture is old, microwave is rusty. The place smelled bad. I paid for 2 nights without having a look inside and not knowing how the rooms were. And oh boy! Did i regret that. I told them i did not want to stay and wanted my refund but they said all payments are nonrefundable. This was absolutely absurd. My advise! Pay a bit more and stay eleswere. This place is not worth your money no matter how much cheap they make it to stay.
Staff was really helpful they lowered the price so my wife and I could have a warm and dry place to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
So i was at work working over night ehen my husband and the manager came banging ay the door. Loud enough for my kids to wake up. I advised i was at work and could not answer the phone until i git a moment. Nope they kept knocking and threatened to call cops on me if i didnt open the door. Mind you this is a live call with my supervisor listening my caller can hear them banging and so can my supervisor. The cops come and tell the manager to look at the picture. I did not lock him out just couldnt open right then. Mind u i have alatch on door because i have a 3 year old and 2 year old. My husband knows my schedule. They put me and my kids out telling ne i had until 7 am im off at 6. Who do i need to report them because i honestly did nothing wrong and the way they spoke to me as if i was a child while im at work is just plan disrespectful.
I checked in earlier than my date of reservation. They actually took the time out to go find me a room that was clean and after we checked out, my daughter left her AirPods and they actually found them and returned them to us so I would definitely give them a five star rating thank you so very much for all your help.
I've stayed at a few Woodsprings over the past several months and this one is the best so far. I've stayed at this location for over a month now.
Very little to no obvious drug activity you expect to see from extended stay hotels. Hallways are quiet, parking lot is clean.
Granted, the building is a little older and probably is due for a remodel, but everything works and is clean. The staff more than makes up for whatever faults the building has, which should be more directed at corporate instead of this location.
The staff are knowledable, curteous, respectful and friendly... they care about doing a good job, truly wonderful. A credit to the manager, Tina, who learns her resident's names, and meets each of their unqiue demands. We've felt truly looked after by her and her staff since day one. We feel comfortable here to take our time while we look for a permanent home.
WILL NOT be staying here again! There are so many things wrong with the rooms but our main issue was:
We called them for a weeks’ stay and Trina was very informative and polite, we checked in and all; that same evening got a call we had to leave due to my husbands work; I went down and spoke to Jessica (who was very helpful and amazing at check in), she mentioned I’d have to wait to talk to Trina. The next morning I go down and mention to Trina the situation and how I understand the night we stayed obviously but if they could refund the rest of the week; she says: “I’d contact corporate see if they can do something about refunding you the money.” I contact corporate THAT SAME MORNING and they say only the hotel can request a refund, corporate contacts her while I’m on hold; and they get back to me saying she refused to give a refund.
