Worst hotel experience I have ever had... Booked a room on a weekend of a football game where we show up early to get checked in, pay and get room keys for after the game where everything seems fine. But when we get back that night to get into our room the keys don't work, and after a couple of times of getting them reset we realize there are people already in our room because we can hear them through the doors as we are are trying to get in.
Apparently the hotel double booked our room and we were told at 1:30 in the morning that there were no rooms available after we had already paid and all that was offered to us was a refund...so luckily for us at 1:30 in the morning candle wood suites had an open room that we were able to book, and had no problems there since they are an actual functioning hotel not run by incompetent morons that actually know how to run a functional business...
DO NOT STAY HERE!
Staff is clueless and not very friendly even when they make mistakes and force you to find a another hotel in the middle of the night....what an absolute garbage place.
Convenient location, check in was easy. Was surprised that room had full size fridge and freezer. Also microwave and two burner stove and good amount of storage space. Desk with a chair.
the hallway to the back door smelled like pot, front desk area wasn't clean hallway to our room smelled then when getting into the room was worse it smelled like urine bathroom was dirty.no curtains on the window just a blind that let the building lights shine in. someone tried to get in in the middle of the night had to get some spray to kill the oder, no ice machine refrigerator made alot of noise the only good thing was there was a IHOP. there isn't any desk help until 9am, I have worked in a choice hotel that didn't look or smelled we will not ever come back this choice hotel
Ash was amazing! She really helped me with my reservation. Such a kind soul. Excellent customer service just made this our go-to stay in Junction City.
Literally the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. No staff, front desk never open, smells horrible everywhere in this place. Had someone banging on my door at 130am, some drugged up person looking for someone else. Booked through priceline for three days since there was a game at KSU, nobody else had all three nights, left early with no refund and it was the best decision. Avoid this place at all costs
Well I guess if you are a smoker this room may work for you. There was no one working when we checked in so we had to call from the lobby phone. I didnt realize hotels still allowed smoking but it was disgusting.
Don’t waste your time booking here. No one answers the phone so if you have change to your reservation good luck getting a room. Junction is small but this is the WORSE option.
We called in advance to reserve a room with two beds and when the evening lady answered she said there were rooms available and we were good. Mind you she didn’t ask for a name for the reservation or anything. So when we asked if she needed a name she said, “ok what is it” so we gave her our name and showed up on the day of check in and was told that we didn’t have a reservation and all they had was a room with a single bed but there was room for an air mattress…. We are two grown men, in down for a week for work. Why would we want to sleep on an air mattress?! And of course we had to provide our own.. Which I wouldn’t want one from them anyway.
