Stayed here during an apartment remodel. The rooms weren't great. One of our neighbors saw a few roaches in their room. I didn't see any sign of any at all. Microwaves and refrigerators are pretty old. The staff is phenomenal. Always super sweet and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water. I would absolutely stay again.
The entire staff is rude and shady and are involved in things I can't speak of on here and the employees live there. We had to clean the entire room every inch from top to bottom. The rooms are the worst I've ever seen and I have traveled alot in my lifetime and stayed at some nice places and some places not so good but this one is the worst. They need better staff. I can't speak of the things that happened right at the front door and it was allowed. They need a new person to manage the property and to get everything fixed. If you only knew about some things you would never stay there. The maintenance person needs a background check by the law and we will leave it at that. It could be a decent place but it needs new employees and alot of work by a qualified person(s). The room rate increased by double after the flooding.
I had to do a late night check in, and first I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk. Know that I already have reservations, and it took them a long time to come down already had me. So then we get to our room to find one towel and two little bitty pillows, there's two of us. I go down to front desk(cause my room phone doesn't work) just to be told I would not be able to get additional pillows or towels till 9 am when the front desk opens....??????? So no customer service after 10pm?
The room was disgusting, had dust and hairballs everywhere. No smoking room but burn marks in the room. Smelt of farts(that’s the only way to describe it). Elevator had loose screws everywhere.The only thing good about it was the nice service.
I’ve been here for about 4 months everything has been good until this new manager that was recently hired. He is very rude and disrespectful. He is racial profiling people and thinks that he can talk to people however he wants however when you’re paying $1000 if not more every two weeks you shouldn’t get treated with this much disrespect this man should not have a job at this hotel at all on top of that he doesn’t know what he’s doing. There has now been trash being placed out in the stairway when the woman manager that was here before him was still here. She made sure everything was ran perfectly. This man should not be working here. Me and my husband both work day in and day out every day just to get off and come in and have to deal with someone that is as disrespectful as he. Along with no regard for what comes out of his mouth.
1. Toilet wont flush, and shower wont drain. They wont do anything about that
2. when asking about shampoo/soap that wasn't already in the room, we got attitude. the response to asking about it was "i guess"
3. worst of all, for a room that sleeps 4, you are LIMITED TO 3 TOWELS? You will have to share or go to the front desk and return for yours for more. I want my money back. Absolutely ridiculous
People who put 5 star reviews are just full of it and trying to make a good impression and it's hilarious that those people are so desperate for attention.
The rooms and the outside is filthy. You have to deep clean the rooms yourself. We cleaned our room several times before feeling like we could stay there. The entire staff is laziest ive seen with the exception of the apartments where i live that put me in the motel and i say motel not hotel. I never seen any work getting done. Trash gets left in the halls for days and days. There was puke in the elevator and it didnt get cleaned. The maids just change the sheets. Sometimes they don't even change the sheets if the sheets look ok. The maintenance guy is from vermont and he needs a background check by law enforcement and he told me himself that he was on the run. The manager allows all the staff to do nothing at all while people who are hard workers could be employed there. The grounds is filthy and the halls never get cleaned. I seen everything with my own eyes and heard everything personally. The workers from Texas are always partying and even the motel workers are outside the front doing the same while on the clock. They doubled the nightly rate for the the flooding victims of the hurricane
Positive: The bed was clean and was very comfortable Negative: Absolutely filthy. Everything other than the bed was dirty. Sticky counter tops, base of toilet and tub stopped mud, sticky light switches, looked like ketchup. The refrigerator did not work at all
