Stayed here for a quick trip during a cheer competition weekend. When arriving we checked in quickly, going up to the room we were very disheartened. The pictures are not the same as in person. Beds were on a metal box frame type of frame, not comfortable, linens dingy and mattress cover was ABSOLUTELY gross! Floors were sticky, hair and particles in corners of bed frame, all faucets were covered in lime and stuff splashed on walls. We asked to change rooms and where the linens were better everything else was the same. General manager stated she moved us to 4th floor where it’s usually more quiet and that was not the case. We didn’t sleep well at all and the walls were so thin, you hear every conversation and movement. They also will not refund your money, at all!
Visited here from Jersey and stayed here 2 nights with family. They gave me a room that wasn’t properly cleaned, had cat hair all over the floor, you could see it on our socks in minutes. Plus i tested the stove it didn’t work and the fridge was almost lifting off the floor when we opened it. Called to get our room changed and the front desk was friendly and quick about it. But still the experience was negative. Rail was broke in the shower. Beds were hard, pillows were flat, thin cheap bed linen. It was an uncomfortable stay all around. Only stayed because it was 30 minutes away from Lucas Oil Stadium with a decent price but for the price we paid they didn’t make it worth it. All around. DON’T COME HERE
After checking in, the floors were not swept or mopped, the kitchen sink had left over food in the drain hole, The bathroom had hair on the counter top. Make sure you get a towel before stepping out because the front desk leaves and you wont be able to get one until 9am. This location could use an EV CHARGER for guest. The pillows were very flat making it uncomfortable to sleep, they have a full kitchen but must purchase or bring your own pans and silverware, no breakfast, just a coffee machine in the first floor lobby area. The first room we stayed in, the first thing I noticed the fridge wasn’t even clean. The freezer had a weird smell and had red stuff in there and the fridge there was something in there that has been sitting for days and it was old and nasty. We took it to the front desk and she gave us another room, the next room floors don’t look even look clean and the fridge isn’t work at all and our freezer won’t keep nothing frozen and the handle in the shower is broken. I won’t stay here again.
Always happy with our stay. Never had an issue with our room, they are clean and comfy.

Positive: The staff were really nice. The location was convenient, close to Fishers and Castleton. The hotel concept was nice - space to cook (if you bring your own everything to use in the kitchen) and a big (but smelly) refrigerator. Negative: The hotel has very thin walls; I could even hear people sneeze in the next room. It looked and smelled like the sheets on my bed had not been changed before I arrived with 1 inch long black hairs on and in the sheets. No one cleaned the room in 6 days. Negative: ""
The staff is friendly and the hotel cleanliness is not bad for the price. BUT the walls here are extremely thin. You can hear everything going on everywhere else. I travel for work and stay in hotels often and I have never had to call the front desk regarding noise issues. We have had to call 4 times in 6 nights about noisy neighbors and finally requested a new room with no luck. I will update my review based on how they handle our situation.
You can hear every door open and close, every footstep, every toilet flush, ect from the rooms above and around you.
