I'm currently staying here for work and my experience is not great so far. I called the property Sunday to confirm they got my booking with the special request of a 1st floor room and late check-in. I was told they did and was good to go as long as I got there before 10p. When I got there after having my card ran, I noticed a sign stating they had no hot water. Now I wasn't told this when I called before arriving, which I feel I should've been. Even the lady that checked me in didn't inform me until I mentioned it after reading the notice. No biggie though because I was told it would be fixed tomorrow (Monday). Also my microwave in the room didn't get hot so I was offered to either have a countertop brought to me tomorrow or move rooms. I got the counter top but the issue of hot water would not be resolved by moving rooms if the building is out. They also had a false fire alarm the same night! I was told by other guests it's a common occurrence, like really? But here we are Tuesday and still no hot water. I was told today it should be sometime this week. I leave Friday and that's a long time to go without a shower! I haven't even been offered a discount to the room or any compensation which makes it worse, like I was lied to just to get my money!
Someone stole my phone and wallet on the only day cameras happen to be down for updating their payment system to Choice Hotels... Front desk associate refused to call police, so I went and found a cop myself since I had no phone. Inside employee scam. Rusty microwaves too..Bud bugs... not as bad as madison inn but still a noticeable small village of them. They have a fabulous hustle too! A door watch guy to alert the others your coming in... I think the bed bugs do as well. Bugs seemed a bit more intelligent tho. Not as obvious as the human roaches that stole my things. Police report on file.
No hot water. They don't even regularly clean. The place is ROACH infested. Weird ass people drive around. There was hot water when we checked in, now there's none. We asked for an ETA on it being back they have none. The front desk woman was rude and said there will be no accommodations because "there are signs". Honestly do not even bother.
Update: now we have notices on the doors,
I hope they’re not renting the rooms and not notifying that there is no hot water, that would be considered THEFT!
We deserve compensation for this.

Now the person updating their review has previously left a 5 star review aka (front desk operator) so their reviews look great lol what a joke, own up to the error, instead of getting all bent out of shape when being asked for an ETA be honest, a lot easier to be nice then be RUDE!

This hotel is very bad a bunch of men who think they live there and think it is their neighborhood. This has to be the worst hotel of all time. It's a very creepy feeling. They will be rude to you. It's one big crack house. Loud noises keeping you up at night. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I had to spend the night at a high school friends house because of the disturbances. Save your money or spend with another hotel. This was the worst experiences of my life!
This hotel has no hot water and is unwilling to refund or comp for this inconvenience. They have no E.T.A of when they will have hot water again. Would not recommend staying here! Staff is unfriendly and rude.
My husband recently stayed here he was asked to leave due to being locked out of his room several times due to people harassing him but was refused a refund for the additional 4 days he had paid for. The backdoor was left open or didn't lock allowing random people to enter at will. He also reported this to the front desk and was met with rudeness and no help from the front desk .
Do not stay here!!!!
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. There were several significant issues that made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant:
1. Roach infested!
2. Fire Alarm went off repeatedly, due to steam from shower, and I’m going to assume humidity in the rooms, I was constantly waken up by smoke detector at around noon when the room would get too warm and moist for some odd reason.
3. floors were dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly
4. Infrequent Cleaning!!! The hotel only cleans rooms bi-weekly, which is far from adequate which is prob why the floors always dirty.
5. Bad Odor!! In the rooms and throughout the halls
6. Unresponsive Staff! There was rarely anyone at the front desk and they do not always answer the call from the hotel phone
I do not recommend this hotel, especially for those working turnarounds or on night shifts. The lack of cleanliness and constant disturbances made it impossible to rest properly. The hotels deserves a 0!
