I didn't even stay here. This is a review from just visiting a friend. It's not worth it as other reviews have mentioned. I have stayed and been to the lower end "MOTELS" ex: Mustang Inn, Palace Inn and so on, that were much better than this. Much cleaner and no roaches. Just in my visit I've killed 7 roaches, from bathroom, on the ceiling, crawling on cabinets and fridge.
Worse experience. The worse smell of trash at the entrance, the hallway, but the room was unbearable. It smelled like roach and spider bug killer. My son had an asthma reaction due to the smell. Couldn't stay more than 2 hours. My husband spoke to the attendant, but she didn't do a refund saying that she didn't care about the review. We have been to plenty hotels around the same price range all over USA, but no comparison. I wonder why they are still in business. Never thought that there were such a place in a 1st world country.
Worst hotel my family and myself have been to,disgusting,roaches literally everywhere (infested)even in the fridge. People all night running through the hall ,screaming also people outside literally arguing making scenes. We were supposed to stay there till Tuesday but nope we checked in yesterday and are gone as soon as we woke up. Pictures are really misleading ???????? Would not recommend to my worse enemy ???? Also my husband had to ask the cleaning lady for a broom since there was also so many dead roaches all over the floor ,restroom etc. She said she was frustrated, her words. This place definitely needs to be shut down ASAP!I wouldn't have even have put one star but it wouldn't let me post if I didn't.
I am currently staying in their room and for starters, the smell of ammonia and dog piss are beyond unbarable. The carpet is filthy and nasty as well as the rooms. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies because they don't even provide guest with a broom. Imagine that.
In terms of the service, its horrible. These are the things they are legally required to disclose but do not.
1. They do not provide you with additional towels nor enough to accommodate all registered guest. 2 sets of towels and you are required to wash those at your expense as well as the bedding or pay their staff to wash their bedding. This should be disclose prior to checkin so that guest have an option to opt out. I've never heard of an extended stay charging guest to wash their belongings. ABSURB!!!
2. I placed my old towels and bedding in the halls thinking they would provide additional towels and bedding. They informed me it's an $25 fee. Which is how I was informed about the charge for washing their laundry.
3. Pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are not provided. Yes they have kitchen but you are required to bring your own pots and pans. Completely pointless. May as well buy a $10 cooking iron and rent a regular room.
4. No cleaning is provided during your stay. So if you know guest are going to be staying an EXTENDED AMOUNT OF TIME, but provide no cleaning or supplies to assist in cleaning, EXPECT ROACHES.
Legally, you are required to disclose all charges to guest prior to check-in. If these are in fact your policies, they should be fully to disclosed before consumers enter into contract with you all. The intentional deception in charges is considered intentional fraud, deceptive trade practices, and Failure to Disclose.
For the most part it is quiet. Close to Willowbrook mall. Definitely cleaner than the one in Conroe. A big thank you to the office ladies for making sure to accommodate us during this hot time. Very nice and welcoming staff.
Disgusting rooms and workers as well as roach infested. Very obvious it’s run by druggies. Smelled dope and heard arguing all night. People were waiting outside doing drug deals. Never come here you’re better off staying on the street.
This is not a résidence hôtel. It is a studio appartement with a bed, stove top, refrigerator, microwave, and sink. No coffee pot, no eating utensils, no plates, no pots. So don't think you can make coffee. It did have nice clean bed. And even the ROACHES enjoyed it. Each morning atleast 6-8 trspped in the kitchen sink, 6 in the tub, and always some on the floor. My first morning I went to talk to the front desk person who was one of the rudest people I have ever met in the travel industry. Just awful. They make you sign papers when you arrive saying you give up any claim to get any money back. Believe me I couldn't get out quick enough. I felt bad for some of the folks who there who have no other option. I will never stay in any WoodSpring place Ever. So beware and forwarded about this placed. Don't make the mistake I made and stay there.
We just have a bad experince with this people... we didn' ask the room for free. My boyfrien pay for it and this lady in the front office was so rud rude with us...
