Ok so let get straight to it, I’m late with this one but here we go! I checked in bout a week ago here and should’ve kept my money no lie! I really was excited about coming to this establishment because it was closer for work. Got there, nice young lady assisted me had my reservation totally $ all wrong already applying fees that I don’t know about. My reservation said 72.80 it was originally 66.50 before They applied all them taxes and it came out to be 72.80.
She charged me as a walk in like I didn’t know and I had a reservation in the system already! Then I had to move more money over to my account just to cover the rest which wasn’t even planned Mann.
????I had to pay 85 something and when I asked why is it more then what I originally booked for and she said they charge a fee to on top of booking fee? Yeah don’t make sense so after I paid I got the room and the bed had a penny under the sheets right along with tobacco like they was cleaning and forgot to double scan for things like that because I check all my beds when booking rooms.
So anyways, I went back down there and there was a Caucasian older woman at the desk. I told her what was wrong and she was asking me questions about why I wanna move and wants wrong with it, I told her what it was and she acted like I was lying saying things like oh well we have to lay eyes on the room before we move you which was even stupid, because you gotta go upstairs and tell me why I don’t wanna be in a room you should just move me tf!
Why do y’all have to lay eyes on something when a guest has paid their money and came back and told you they just want another room!
On top of it they made me sign a waiver for no money back like if they knew that something was wrong with the room that they was giving me, so my experience here was not good and then they had a little attitude on top of it. The Caucasian lady even called some guy on the phone and he was even telling them what room to give me!
Sad in that bed was even worse,????????♀️ I just sad the hack with it, The lady who checked me in came to the new assign room trying to see what I was gonna say about that room, and I’m like hey I paid my money if I say this room ain’t good then yall just gone have to move me!! Or I mean give refund which I currently sign saying no refund!.
But that’s just Point blank I shouldn’t have to wait on nobody to come let me know something that I told you it was there. Remind you I took pictures, I sure did because I wanted them to tell me that I was lying when I wasn’t.
But bottom line Be careful when you are staying at this hotel they be acting weird and as to view the room please don’t do what I did! And not to mention they has roaches bad!!! Got that too on camera!! I took a picture of it too no ma’am, you want to stay somewhere good, go somewhere else because Woodsprings ain’t it!
This hotel sucks. For one my dog got sick and died from Parvo within two weeks of me being here. They’re roaches everywhere in the hotel, the staff is rude with the only exception of Eva and the white lady who works here. The elevator was broken for two months then was working for a week maybe just to be broken all over again. You constantly see people sitting outside being high on drugs and people are constantly getting beat on inside the hotel and outside hotel. The beds are not soft they are as hard as a rock and staff is stingy with towels and toiletries.Definitely do not recommend at all. Not safe for anyone nor their families. The hallway and stairs always smell so bad.
The elevator doesn't work. I also have to bust open my door for it to open which takes ample force for me to kick it (recommended by the front desk lady). If there was a fire I would probably be trapped trying to open my door. Roaches are all over the place. I feel them crawing all over me at night. There was also a dirty toilet and room when I first arrived.

But the receptionist spoke impolitely and yelled at customers.
Lucky for me, I didn't have a bad vacation at here. They canceled my room even though I booked 1 week in advance. My flight was late and they told me there was no room left and expressed annoyance when I asked what was the reason for the cancellation? They didn't have a satisfactory answer for me. If the hotel policy is like that, then booking in advance is not necessary in this case.
I advise you to consider when choosing this hotel.
I like Woodspring...mainly for the people who work there. I have a question, the person working knows the answer. Staff is professional, rooms are good, price is right. I cant ask for much more!
First let me start by saying This is the one of the worst hotels i ever stayed at !!! The staff is horrible & unprofessional !! The elevator has been broken for a month and they only give a discount to people on the 4th floor . I've Been living here for 5 months and I was told that they would give a discount to the 3rd & 4th floor ???? which is only 10 once every week . But they are quick to put a late fee or to knock on your door. The staff are messy & dont know their job . They even have a list for how many time you ask for soap tissue or trash bags in a week ! The bugs in here are crazy ! even if you talk to them about ANYTHING NOTHING IS HEARD ! I have to carry all my groceries up 3 flights of stairs . Im just saying if I pay my money for all of these things thats supposed to come with the room I EXPECTED!
really bad, customer service is rude. I checked in at 8:00pm, they said the elevator was not working. me and my son went up to the 3rd floor when I opened the door there was a room full of trash that had not been cleaned. very old and I saw the blanket and bed sheet were very old and yellowed I just stood outside looking in, I paid $90 for 1 night and I think the room there is only worth $30, I will never come back????
This hotel is a very good hotel the staff is nice they are very helpful and they are amazing when it comes to making sure there clients are taken care of and comfortable they are welcoming and on point
