I don't know much about how the staff were because my boyfriend handled all of that, but I was extremely concerned about all the roaches I saw in our room. Also when we got there to check in Friday night there were people outside loitering and smoking weed. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Then Saturday there was someone who asked if the elevator had been working meaning it hadn't recently. The elevator is also hot and humid. It also smelled inside the building of weed.
Over all just because of those issues I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our vehicle broke down Thursday 9-5 late night and the lady that was tending the front desk was awesome. We requested a late check out on Sat 9/6 check out was at 12pm and requested to check out for 2pm as we had belongings and was waiting for a ride the lady that was tending to the front desk at the time was extremely rude and was just saying he needed to get out so the room can be cleaned and sold to the next person
the front desk lady was nice however the rooms are horrible.. this is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. we we’re scammed on vacations so i’m order for us to still enjoy our trip and spend how we want we decided to stay here because of the good pricing……. taught me to never be cheap again in my life… this is a low level hotel. it was so many roaches i couldn’t believe my eyes . it’s just a nasty filthy run down hotel… blood stains on the floor, duck tape on the doors to cover holes, dusty filthy metal beds, filthy shower head, everything… i promise i’m not lying, they should be closed. no way ppl should be okay with living with roaches in 2024.. outside of the that, the people who stay there long time be outside chilling bumping music in lawn chairs outside in the parking lot, arguing, prostituting and everything…don’t stay here
The elevator didn't work our whole stay. We had to walk from the 4th floor. The remote for the TV didn't work. The soap holder fell off while my wife was in the shower. The beds are full size. You have to fold the pillows just to get comfortable. The sheets and covers are super thin. The shower leaked. I will never listen to my wife again about where we should stay.
My car was broken into and window busted but after that incident I haven’t had any issues. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very pleasant to work with. Tamika, Nicole, Amanda, Deshanté, hands down customer service Elite. They are kind, understanding, patient and they do their best to make your stay a delight.
I do not recommend this hotel because the elevator isn't working. I was on the second floor so I had to use the stairs. The hallway smell like dog and urine. The room was ok but it could have been A LOT better. I will not return.
If it wasn't for the nice staff I'd probably give it 1 or 2 stars. The dumpster is always overloaded and the elevator has been broken for months. And I've seen handicapped people and elderly people who live there and they need that elevator. Also, I've worked in Building Maintenance for years, and that is considered a violation of code. Other than that, it's a decent place to stay. But no breakfast? They'd get much better reviews if they had breakfast!
This place is filled with mold, roaches, rats and STINK WATER. They put you in rooms without checking the room to make sure it’s clean, the elevator never works. Cigarettes and weed, always fill the hallways. Housekeepers DO NOT know how to properly clean. Mold all around the rim of the sinks, tubs be halfway clean, shower heads have built up scum. Not to mention, you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on above you. The only good thing is the prices. I wish I hadn’t deleted my others pictures, but here’s a few.
