Staff is very friendly! Rooms are reasonably priced. Great choice of eateries very close by. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, best experience I've had at an extended stay! 10 out of 10 recommend!
My experience was horrible. My dog accidentally ran into the hallway and the morning manger told me I had to leave at 2 and refused to give me back my 400 I paid in advance for the room. They are supposed to be pet friendly but I see that they are not and just want to take people's money from them. The washers and dryers are not working and want you to pay them for washing your clothes which I don't understand where they would take clothes to wash if the machines are not working here. Please don't waste your time or money on such a horrible place like this.
The first week we couldn't even leave our room. The whole first floor was submerged in sewage. The staff are rude and lazy. There are roaches due to unsanitary conditions. There are always unsafe conditions for the costumers.
Dont not come here if you have a dog. The dog barks and they will keep all your money that you already paid. They shouldnt allow pets if there going to kick you out for your dog barking. Nothing works. Washer dryer is broke . You pay have your towels cleaned. They only come clean the rooms every 2 weeks The rooms smell. And sheets have stains. Manger is horrible. Paid 470 for a w week and after 2 days were being kicked out with no percentage of refund. There corporate office does not even have access to your agreement. DO NOT PAY in advance. They will make sure to keep all you money if they make you leave for any problem . Upon check out they gave me paperwork that was signed or agreed upon. And made it look like i checked out later then i actually did. Jay Ramon is con artist that will take your money for any little reason. There are so many better cheaper and cleaner rooms around Baytown. Learned my lesson dealing with them. I have stayed in a lot of hotels. And this by far was the worst. !!!! You can see by the photos I don’t sign and the check out dates are different.
I booked a reservation over the phone and I am kind of glad they did not have any rooms when I arrived. First off there is no lobby for this hotel, just a small room wich is closed after hours so you have to dial a number to get your key. It is the most ghetto motel I have ever seen. Thank you for not having a room for me due to being overbooked, you saved me from your hotel.
First of all, let me just start by saying do not be fooled by the appearance of this place. The overnight manager, Mr. J Roman is a complete total POS. I don’t know how the employees get along with him. He’s rude and needs to work on his management and how to talk to people.
I made a reservation online and was traveling with my fur babies (Emotional Support Animals) and was told that they don't want or allow cats to stay. That information wasn't listed on anywhere online during booking nor was the booking agent notified of the information either before booking for my family and I. We were turned away and had to find a last minute place to stay. How is this place supposed to be pet friendly and doesn't allow or WANT CATS...I am just saying; make it make sense. Horrible experience with this location. Never book here if you have cats, ever! Thankfully Comfort Suites was there for my family and I!
The outside is always trash. People just throw trash everywhere. Dog Crap almost everyday in halls. The people who work there are very nice. Walls and floors are thin. If you have a crack head above you that walks around all hours of the night you will hear. The first day there I notified the front desk that the AC was freezing and leaking water everywhere. Was informed the AC was “new”. Drug deals going down in parking lot. If you want cheap this is it. Oh and the stove didn’t work half the time.
