I wish I could give 0 stars this place is HORRIBLE and the manager NOBI is even worse and very unprofessional, rude, and condescending!! How many bad reviews does it take to get rid of someone so unprofessional!! We never even stayed! Left within the first 20minutes! and she would not issue a refund but I contacted corporate and I won’t stop until I get my money back!! There was MOLD in our room!! There was dog urine on the floor infront of the elevator and it smelled sooooo bad in the hallways especially on the second floor!! I pray they shut this place down but with the people I know.. it won’t be long! Place only been here for about 6 years and it looks 60years old , dirty , and run down!! I DO

OMG!! The location is perfect, rooms on the 2nd floor are durable, but the manager Nobi & all 5 of her employees are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE TO THE CORE, & can CARELESS about the guests' complaints, comfortability, or security. The manager Nobi is the worst & you can tell she's the one who trained her workers. They will call the Constables on you immediately over any misunderstanding that may occur & claim that you are criminally trespassing, while you're holding receipts of payments for the weeks you have resided there. Thank goodness, the responding officers saw right through her BS & have responded to other false calls she & her team will make against you, while playing victim.
They will overcharge you, depending on their likes or dislikes about you. So pathetic, especially when you have more major problems you're dealing with. And because they are privately owned, they feel they can treat or get away with their unprofessionalism. I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. SLEEPING IN A CAR OR UNDER A BRIDGE WILL BE MORE SAFER & LESS STRESSFUL. THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE SEEN EVER. I'M CURRENTLY PURSUING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.
HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
Management is giving me a hard time with first night concerns reported, bed was covering with urine already as soon as me and my kids walked in. Manager and staff witnessed it and only refunded $22. Now other staff is denying manager available to support further possibly by Monday. I will be reporting my receipts, video and pictures documentation today to DSHS Texas!
When we stayed the youngsters had a room across the hallway and they were LOUD LOUD LOUD the cards used to enter ALWAYS stopped working, roach infested and we had snake came in our room, oh, yeah! Almost forgot about the shootout from the same youngsters that was loud as hell. The appliances are dated 90's for a newer building.
Room was somewhat satisfactory. There were roaches coming out of the woodwork constantly. The Wi-Fi was not very good, could barely catch or keep a strong connection. There was constant noise and movement. TV service is not the best. Most of the employees are friendly depending on the day. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here unless you can deal with the above issues.
This is a very unsafe place. 7 vehicles was broken into overnight. Some of the vehicles were in front by the office. Cops were called and not one has showed up. Front desk isn't notifying any of the guest. Never have I experienced anything like this. I just heard this is an ongoing problem at this location,Vehicles are always being broken into.
This is a nice Hotel. This is a good place to go for vacation or if u just want to go for rest and relaxation.
I had a really good experience here. I stayed for the month of January while transitioning to my next home.
I did have a few hiccups but they were remedied immediately. I kept my room clean which isn't a problem. I had housekeeping once in that time frame. I washed my own sheets, cleaned my kitchen, took out my trash, cleaned my bathroom without problem or complaint. We had everything that we needed here. With keeping in mind that this is an extended stay.
For the area that it is, it is what it is as far as the type of people you may encounter. If you choose to see the good, you will!
Thank you to Ms. Deborah, Nobie, Markel, my friend that cleans the grounds in the morning, and a few other staff members whose names I have forgotten, that made our experience amazing. It was only a month but we made memories there and the experience holds a special place in our hearts.
