Man that works night shift at the front desk was not friendly and make checking in uncomfortable. The room had no curtains. The floors were dirty, I had to keep my house shoes on. Definitely not the best option Hobbs has to offer. Will not be staying here again.
Also apparently since it’s an extended stay they only cleans the rooms every 14 days. When I asked housekeeping to change the trash cans and do some light house keeping I was denied.
I Came from California for a new job. I found this place with a stove, refrigerator microwave and a TV and don’t forget the showers and the washing machines. this place has everything you need when you’re away from home. including an awesome staff in the front. I had a little problem with the tv in my room and they moved me. No questions asked and said sorry and gave me a discount. I had to stay here for a month and a half until I found a place to live and then doing so they worked with me and gave me a better deal on the room every time I extended my stay, the one downfall is that the beds are all the same size there is no king but speaking to the owner they are trying to fix that and order new ones and yes, I did say the owner is a small town. People are always friendly. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs a good safe place with all the accommodations, including a sports bar in the same parking lot also at Denny’s so get some breakfast in the morning for work and come home and have a beer. Just try it.
Quiet comfort after being evacuated out of Ruidoso due to the wildfires. We arrived in the middle of the night, after being ripped off by another hotel the next town over(see review for Lovington Inn), the gentleman working overnight at the front gave us a fair rate & we were relieved they accepted pets.
What they lack in bells & whistles, they more than make up in value & comfort! One of the cleanest rooms ever seen, it was spotless. The bed seemed brand new, it was firm yet pillow top cozy. After a very quiet & restful sleep, we met the friendly manager Lexi & extended our stay another night!
I love it here. Also, I love the privacy/non-interruptions each morning from the housekeeping ladies unless otherwise requested! Clean and smoke free environment!
Very comfortable safe location however I was kind of disappointed they didn't have any breakfast available as well as the next door neighboring store stripes had a very rude festival room representative about the counter 1 hour to get breakfast at Silverstone available at the hotel and it just rub me the wrong way and I ended up walking back to the hotel with no breakfast
The only downside was the WiFi was out. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
D'Vine was a wonderful employee and was VERY helpful. Always very considerate and would drop anything she was doing to attend to what I needed. Very kind and sweet. Always on top of everything. Will 1000% go back if she is still working there.
Great stay from the moment I checked. All the ladies at the desk were super friendly!! As an extended stay hotel they provided everything you could think. They offer cleaning every other week or I had the option to have it every week for a small fee. I thought that was fair. The small kitchen was so useful for my long stay and ended up saving me a lot of money.
