I've stayed here during the time our home is inaccessible from Hurricane Helene. Natalia at the front desk was amazing and the rest of the staff has been amazing too idk their names but the guy that works evening and 3rd shift have been so helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I feel safe here you have to have a key card to access the building which I love. My car has had no issues in the parking lot. Laundry facility is nice. Housekeeping comes biweekly and they don't invade your space every morning making you feel uncomfortable like some places, very respectful of guest. The other guest here have also been nice. It's been a great place to be during a hard time. Would recommend. Thank you :)
Overall, the hotel is well kept. The two people I’ve greeted at the front desk so far have been very kind, and the rooms are very clean. But people in Greenville have no idea how to be quiet. It is currently 2AM and the people above us have been running, jumping, stomping, etc. for the last two hours. Me, my fiancé and our one year old are staying here as an overnight stay, and the amount of noise is ridiculous. The people above us have already woken my child up once, and I have no idea if anyone has spoken to them. I’ve been up for about 50 minutes now, and despite going to the front desk and making a complaint, the people above us continue to be loud. Otherwise, the hotel is nice. But I wouldn’t stay here again if I felt like my concern wasn’t handled. It is almost 3AM. The noise coming from these people is ridiculous.
Asst. GM Miss Kesi, was very hospitable, professional and a pleasure to meet. I appreciated her assistance with my FEMA registration for the room and how the hotel was overly accommodating through this transition. The room was comfortable and spacious, very clean, hotel in a great location to the mall, food, highway access and more. One of the best silver linings during the recovery relief.
Natalia at the front desk was awesome ???? she definitely deserves a raise she goes above and beyond for the guest. All staff was nice. Thursday night was quite and restful. Friday night the other guest turnt up but was quite by midnight. Love the place will stay here again!!!!
This Hotel is nice and clean. The location is Prime! On the service note....they accused my spouse and I of smoking in the room. I, for one, don't even smoke, and my husband went to the car or stepped outside when he wanted to smoke. Be careful what you put in the trash cans as they monitored my husband's beer cans ???????????? WTH!
What I thought was going to be a peaceful stay turned out to be stressful.The room was dirty. Poop dried up on the toilet hair all over the room and bathroom . Then I put some laundry to wash to find out half of my clothes and my daughters clothes were stolen. The front desk and manager DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. I will never stay there again
Mgt was very polite and the whole place including rooms was spotless and well kept. Only problem I have is that the air conditioner kept flipping the breaker and I had to keep asking the front desk to fix it. Wasn't working and Was told there was no maintenance at night to fix things around 11:30 pm so I couldn't sleep all night due to it being so hot in my room. Just read BR
I really enjoyed my stay at woodspring suites greenville! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the customer service was top tier! Kesi was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay.
