I have been here for a couple weeks. Every time I extend my stay, the staff loves it. First thing they ask are you staying another week with US, love that! When I come back in the room after they clean, it feels your at a family's house, when you come in the room you can tell it was clean out of love and can see the pride in their work. Will stay and recommend this place over and over.
WoodSpring Suites Fredericksburg exceeded my expectations for an extended-stay hotel! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist. The room was spotless, comfortable, and designed with a spacious layout that made it feel like a true home away from home. I appreciated the kitchenette, it did not include any essentials for cooking—so bring your own if you plan to cook.
The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, things to do like Movie Theater or Sky Zone and the freeway, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. Housekeeping did an outstanding job with regular cleanings, and the laundry facilities on-site were incredibly handy. Overall, WoodSpring Suites Fredericksburg offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a reliable extended-stay option!
I would like to thank Diamond for her prompt attention in relocating my room assignment to the first floor. My observations of Diamond has been great over the past several months of staying in Woodsprings Suites in Fredericksburg Virginia. Recommend that she be rewarded to her work ethic.
Diamond is a great person to deal with. Anything that needs done is done in a reasonable time and manner. She’s always smiling and welcoming. Constantly working to make guest feel wanted .
I would like to thank James and Frankie for installing a new stovetop burner in my room. It was was replaced on the same day it was reported as not working. Additionally they both took time to clean up after the installation. They should both be rewarded for their work
I went to the hotel and the staff was friendly.The rooms are decent except the presence of roaches and ants in the room while you sleep. The laundry is alright but not the fanciest or cleanest in the world but at least you can wash your clothing before you leave the washing machines take about 25 minutes to wash your clothing and the dyers take about 1 hour to dry your clothing (depending on the temperature you put the dyers on). The hallways were also clean. You got a nice view of the freeway and area depending what floor your room is on and what side your facing.
James is a great maintenance man, anything you need fixed he is always more then happy to fix your issue. His work is always above and beyond, his work ethic is great, never had any problems with the maintenance man. He is very respectful of peoples room and will not enter unless told to do so by management or yourself . He always tells everyone who stays here at this hotel Goodmorning and is very friendly and puts a smile on everyone’s faces.
The staff is friendly and very caring. The rooms are nice and organized. I would highly recommend this hotel...Mrs. Amanda is really understanding, if you ask her a question she listens and work with you.. The whole experience was awesome... Give them FIVE STARS all day..
